To whom it may concern, I am trying to contact the owner. Of the Jamba Juice in Napa off of Soscol Ave, I do not want to leave any more negative review. I want to get this resolved before time passes. I look forward to hearing from the owner as soon as possible.

Came in yesterday when they first opened ! We were immediately welcomed in by a sweet kind women ! Both of our smoothies were delicious - the restaurant was immaculate and the employee was amazing and the prices were totally reasonable! I highly recommend this amazing smoothie spot

The staff at front counter seemed irritated I came to order a smoothie and I asked nicely to buy a pretzel and hot sauce and they seemed annoyed frowning. It was a weird experience.Used to work here years back and I love their smoothies. Sort of disappointing to see Jamba has bad customer service.

This isn't my first time at this location but it's most likely my last. I've been here plenty of times before. Lots of young people that don't know a thing about how to treat their customers. It's one in particular with Pink hair that has a real attitude problem. She told me it was a "You problem" which I found hilarious. Especially coming from a shift leader. It's clear she leads by example because I'm having a back and forth debate with the entire staff about how they are wrong. I asked them for their managers name and number they immediately got offended and told me to go online to find the information. Then they called the cops on me because I had the audacity to complain about the poor service. I have been in customer service for many years and this location should be ashamed of itself. They literally told me to leave and my money didn't matter. I wish I could talk to the corporate office. It's hard to get any information out of the youngsters behind the counter. They turned my complaint into a situation where they felt that the police were needed.They wouldn't provide me with any information but they did give the officer a name and a store number. I will be on the phone first thing in the morning to ensure these kids are held accountable. It's simple,without the customers you simply don't exist. Stop acting like you're doing the community a favor. You are actually doing us a disservice because you aren't treating the customers in a respectful manner. This is not the reputation that Napa Valley is known for. I thought this was a friendly city. I guess I was wrong.

Very kind people food and drinks were amazing. Lived in napa all my life and this jamba juice has not gone downhill at all. The quality is pristine. Coming back for sure for a warmed pretzel or another smoothie. Thank you for those who work here.

I used to come here very often for a refreshing smoothie drink, but recently the standard has gone down quite significantly. Whenever I order my drink, not only does it take a very long time to receive it, there are also bristles from the cleaning equipment. Overall, the standard quality control of this place has done down significantly in the past years, and I will not be returning.

The 2 girls in jamba juice today were phenomenal today. I was in there picking up a doordash order and just hinted I really wanted one because it's my favorite thing. And they jumped to the task of helping a over heated, hard worker, that just needed something cool a person down. The drink was amazingly delicious made with love. And I knew it

Update your business hours. I walk in at 7:01pm, yelp hours say open until 8pm and I am told that they are closed.

Service was super slow. I ordered and the person that took my order was not very nice to start. Then she proceeded to do maintenance items well she left my two drinks to be made by the other employee who was already busy. She then made my first drink and it took about 7 min and was like water not smoothly thickness as all. Then I asked for my second drink when she handed me the first on and she said she was going to make it next. That took another 7 min to make it because she was trying to do online orders at same time. It was such a joke. 14 min for two smoothie. Also saw multiple customers walk out before ordering because they stood by the register with our being even noticed for long period of time. Very slow paced almost like the workers are on drugs or high because they are so slow.

my sister tried to place a custom smoothie order for us and was told by the cashier they can’t do that, that she HAS to pick a smoothie off the menu or they can’t make us our smoothies. which is ironic, because i’ve most definitely been to this location AND the one on trancas many times where MOST employees were happy to make me a simple, strawberry banana and ginger smoothie. for whatever reason this employee seems to set their own rules and tonight the cashier just did not deliver good customer service or a good customer experience whatsoever. i’m not sure what we did to upset this employee, but the attitude could’ve been left on the back burner.
