Jamba Juice sells what I describe as juice smoothies, using actual assorted fruits. I would say it's a healthier alternative to slushes/slurpees. They're actually healthy to drink & you have the option to add supplement, vitamin powder to your Jamba Juice for additional nutrition, at an additional cost, if you prefer.My favorite is a large mango a-go-go that has bits of actual mangoes in it (diced as it goes through the blender process). It costs just over $8, which seems slightly high to me. I can buy a SIMPLE McDonalds value meal for close to that price. Or go to Subway for a sub sandwich meal. $8 for a healthy smoothie? Personally, I would not choose a large smoothie for my lunch. A healthy, thirst quencher? Yes. But, I will let you make that call for yourself.This particular store is always clean & immaculate. Parking is not a problem, but slightly more crowded during the lunch hours 11:00 am-1:00 pm.

I ordered online and put no banana and they still gave me it with banana! They can’t refund me or make me a new drink because on there end they don’t see that . Now I was allergic to banana and still drank it!! Incredible never ever going here again and telling my friend to not go here ! Going to soscal jamba .

I specifically ordered with NO BANANA, and even I asked, NO BANANA RIGHT, and the guy responded, no banana!! And guess what? He added BANANA!

Not sure what's going on today but they kicked out all of the customers waiting for their drinks, blocked the door with a table, and were taking an incredible amount of time to make the drinks. Been waiting outside for my drink for 15 mins already and still am waiting. If this is there process to handle occupancy due to COVID concerns, that's fine, but there's been nothing communicated other than "can everyone wait outside".

The corporate office responded to my original post with a number to call them back. I called them to explain the situation to which they replied that management from this store would call me within 72 hours. It's now been nearly 3 weeks with no callback from management. Somewhere along the line there may have been a communication breakdown or it could just be that the store really doesn't care. Hence the rating remains one star or zero stars if I could.
The toaster over was down for about a year so if you wanted a waffle or a baked good your outta luck ... yikes . It's back up now.

This Jamba Juice has been my go to for years especially after a night of drinking. I'd usually get an apples n green smoothie with an immunity boost and sometimes a pretzel. I think because of supply/demand they haven't had stock of the large Jamba Juice cups so they just come in regular cups. This particular visit they were out of kale so I tried their pumpkin seasonal smoothie which was good and sweet. Service is usually fast here, one of the places lots of people in high school worked out and it's nice to come back and visit and see our friends younger siblings work here and the generations continue. You can order quickly then wait outside to pick up, they'll call your name but always a good and steady flow. I get an açaí bowl every once a in awhile. Common orders are mango a go go, I used to get the cold booster a lot in the past, ginger n greens, apples n greens, peach pleasure, strawberry surf rider. Good way to get your fruits in!

I went to Jamba Juice today with a friend and the service was terrible. I don't do Yelp but this was really bad. There's a woman who works there named Roberta and she is extremely rude. She snapped at me 2 times. I also asked for a savory and a sweet pretzel because that's what the menu said and when I said that she yelled " WE DONT HAVE THAT" like b I'm just reading off the menu . Anyways the food and drinks were good, the service ruined my morning.
