If I could give Napa-Jersey Mike's customer service 20 stars I would. They know people's names, they remember orders, they are always friendly and kind, they get you in and out. It is always clean even in their busy hours. They are hard working and a great staff!!!!

They forgot I was parked for curbside pickup. 30 later, I got my disabled but into the store, not that busy. My order was sitting on the shelf. Got home it was clear to me that it sat on the shelf for a while. A sloppy soaking wet mess. The order was not complete. Missing two bags of chips and add-ons, and I tiped those jersey jerks. It was better last year, now the what they call meat is so thin I could and did reed the receipt threw it. And such a small amount of meat almost invisible threw the mounds of limp iceberg shreds. They stole from me, and they lied to me. I understand nobody is perfect, I understand rent is ridiculous.They have to do what is needed to survive. Sadly, this is not the first time they failed me. But it will be the last.Parking: Don't trust the curbside pick-up. I am disabled very hard for me to get into the store. I checked in they confirmed me in the correct spot and never brought the order out.

It's always delicious and reasonably priced, staff Friendly. Usually go for the Philly cheesesteak or the club sandwich, but all the sandwiches look delicious!

Solid sandwiches, for sure, although a little pricey. I usually go for the Italian, and always Mike's Way, which gives it a nice sour tanginess. However, if you're not going to eat it right away, beware of the extra sauce. Had mine delivered and the bread was damp when it arrived. Still hit the spot.

I went there and ordered a sandwich and they slice my bread in half and the guy touched the bread four five times I asked him what's going on and you said they had this unwrapped the ham I stood there for good 5 minutes I hope the owner sees this because the people working their idiots three people in the back can the manager left them all Clueless

We decided to give this a try as my coworker raves about how great Jersey Mikes is.Overall, while it was decent, I didn't agree it was so amazing. The ingredients did taste fresh-ish and there was plenty on the sandwich. I will say for the almost $2 they charge for "extra cheese" it should have more cheese than it did. The sandwiches were prepared correctly as per our online order, and were ready on time. So nothing was wrong - I just wasn't wowed in any way, shape, or form.It's a step above Subway, but if you want a great sandwich, there are better places in Napa, for the same money or less.
Jersey Mike's food is always delicious and service is friendly & efficient! Will definitely return.

I went to this restaurant with my family; my wife and my daughter. We were served by a tall bald gentleman. We had good service, but upon returning home and going to eat, the chicken in not just my sandwich, but also my daughter's and my wife's sandwiches were extremely undercooked, to the point of being raw. Will not be returning to this Jersey Mike's again and I suggest you do not as well. Togo's is my go-to sandwich chain and they do not undercook their chicken.
