We had the most wonderful dinner experience at La Toque. The food was exquisite - every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. But it was the service that really made our meal outstanding. Our servers Maria and Samantha were so attentive and knowledgeable. They could clearly tell we were celebrating something special and really went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. Maria knew all the details about each dish and recommended perfect wine. They also had great suggestions based on our tastes. It was clear Maria and Samantha truly cared about giving us the best possible experience. They paid close attention to every detail, from refilling waters to clearing empty plates promptly. We felt like we were the only table in the whole restaurant! La Toque is clearly doing something right to have such engaged, passionate servers on their team.

We love La Toque and Chef Frank but our last visit and tasting menu felt stale, unimaginative, and the worst sin of all, under-seasoned.

There are SO many better options throughout Napa. We went family of 4 and did the chef paring wine with the set menu. We left hungry and extremely disappointed. Each portion is about a nickel size of food with little to no flavor. We visit Napa about every 6 months and this is the first time I've experienced such poor food/menu/flavor. Even the ambiance was lacking. I personally would eat anywhere but here in napa.Wheelchair accessibility: the restaurant is accessible

The whole Ambiance is absolutely stunning and gives you that luxurious feeling. The flower vases and the overall seating is very impressive. The service is over the top and the style of serving is also very unique. The food is good too. Overall great experience.

I thought that the food was over prepared ( a sous vide salmon that was mushy for example ) and overpriced . Their wine list is very good. And the service was impeccable. But I had much more enjoyable dinning experiences at other restaurants in town for 1/4 of the cost of dinner here. Our table all had the Chefs menu with the wine paring. So it's not like we didn't try the very best of what they had to offer. I just wasn't impressed.

Hard to believe that Michelin would give La Toque in Napa, Ca a Michelin star. My wife and I dined at La Toque to celebrate our 20th anniversary due to the restaurant's Michelin rating. We've dined at many Michelin restaurants around the world including Thomas Keller's Per Se in NYC, Kenzo in Napa, Lin Lung Heen in Hong Kong, to name a few, and La Toque is not in their league. We ordered a bottle of wine and when the sommelier brought the bottle to our table, it was already uncorked. We've never purchased a bottle of wine at any restaurant where the bottle was not shown to us and then uncorked in front of us.We ordered the chef's signature carpaccio and it was bland and chewy. The tuna tartare did not taste fresh. The $110 New York Strip for two lacked flavor, not tender and the fat was not trimmed. The most disappointing part of our dinner was the service. Although everyone wished us a happy anniversary when we were seated, no server, including the sommelier was warm or engaging. After our main course was served, no one came to our table to ask how our meal was or if we needed anything -- maybe because they knew a 20% gratuity was automatically added to the bill.La Toque charges Michelin star prices, but doesn't deliver Michelin star food, wine, or service - even with Chef Ken Frank in the kitchen.

Had the chef's tasting menu with wine pairings. Added a cocktail and coffee. The food and wine pairings were impeccable. The upgrade to wagyu for the main course was unnecessary. Half of us upgraded and we all loved the original entree. The service was the best we experienced all week in the napa valley. The atmosphere was also bar none. This is a must visit.

I was excited to wrap up our day in wine country with a Michelin star restaurant. I left feeling like they were a one-star-wannabe. Such a disappointment. I’ll start with the positive: My main was delicious The salad was delicious The little box of chocolates they gave was a nice touch Nice that they proactively asked days in advance what dietary restrictions we had. The little things that mattered: Fake flowers on the tables? Really?! Twice in less than two minutes one of our servers came to clear our plates and we weren’t done. One of our servers accent was so thick, after asking three times what we were eating for our amuse bouche we finally gave up and just thanked him. Our table was really scratched up - either buy new tables or cover them with linens. The rest of the experience: I didn’t realize this was in a hotel - would have preferred a more boutique dining experience. I felt like I was eating at any hotel restaurant (with a more refined menu) Our server was fine, but his quest for excellence felt forced vs being genuine. I prefer to take my time at a fine restaurant. I like to order my starter, enjoy, then order my main. They said the mains would take 45 minutes and we should order everything together. Everything came out in pretty close succession. The restaurant was barely occupied. Why the rush?! Will not eat here again.

Had a family emergency and needed to cancel within 24 hours notice, they were the most unaccommodating and unsympathetic as was a Robyn employee so unbelievably. Would never ever eat here. Disheartening awful experience.

Nice restaurant and wonderful dining experience. There is no self parking, but there's free valet parking. We had a nice table with a view into the kitchen and can see the cleanliness of the kitchen and their efficiency in putting the food out, but we also had a clear view into the kitchen with staff in the kitchen area with untied long hair and without a hairnet. The Tasting Menu was very good and the flavor and freshness hit all the marks. If I had to rank the food, my lease favorite was the fish follow by the cheese plate (nothing wrong with the cheese, just not a cheesy person). Fish has good flavor, but the texture was a bit rough. Staff and service here was excellent, and made our anniversary special. And, kudos to the Sommelier who took his time to explain the different wine pairing, taste and why it was selected to pair with the dish.

One of the best vegetarian tasting meals we have ever had!! My wife had the eggless dessert and it was extraordinary. The whole experience was amazing and definitely worth the price. Maria, our waiter was so friendly and experienced. Our cutlery was placed so precisely- they really care about food and experience!Thank you Chef Ken!!
