Best pizza around! I stop by here for my daughter every time I pass through Napa. Still making great pie since I was a kid. Their homemade ranch is fantastic.

Unfortunately the quality of pizza and service has been going down hill. It's almost $40 for a combination and since the turnover in staff is so high 1 out of 10 pizzas actually turns out the way it should. I've gotten pizza that isn't even cooked all the way when I ordered it well done. When I finally called to complain the employee said they were cutting costs by buying cheaper ingredients and he was even disappointed with how things are going. Today I called in for their happy hour special (since $20 is more justified for the way things have been going) and was put on hold to push me over the time that they offer the special pricing. The manager told the employee on the phone not to honor it. Just unfortunate that after most of the town has continued to support you over the last year of being inconsistent with quality, you don't actually care about your customers. Well, you can keep your overpriced pizza.

I have been an avid diner for years, possibly the best pepperoni pizza around. They never had the best service, I mean they are just a bunch of high school students. However, tonight was the worst ever. I ordered my pizza online like usual. Got there to pick it up, and there was no one at the counter. I yelled for help for 15 minutes. The kids behind the glass just looked my direction and went on talking about football. I called and nobody answered. They saw me trying to call too. So I ordered a pizza from somewhere else.

I have to say, I've loved Papa Joe's since I was a child. After today, I've lost all faith. 1st... I left a note not to knock, so what does this guy do? Knocks hella loud, which in turn makes my dog crazy. I get the door, make the exchange, and think I'm done... guy comes back... knocks on the door AGAIN. He had given me the wrong pizza. No harm, no foul.... we get the pizza and salad... I looked inside the box. It looks like someone carried it sideways, squishing one side to the side of the box. Ok. Fine... we start picking out pizza slices. There is no uniformity to the pieces, some of which are an inch long. Some were 4 inches! Ok. Fine... we sit down to eat, and 1/2 of the pizza is burnt. Half the pizza was not cooked through. I don't know if they have cucumbers, but my salad tasted like it. It was sub-par. I'm really hoping the owners see this and please up your game. You're the best pizza in town, and everyone knows it.

Ordered on 11/30/2023 and waited over 1 hour to get my food. The crust was dripping wet and toppings were cold. You pay $20 for a small pizza, which is the same cost as much nicer restaurants in downtown.
