I work about half a mile from this restaurant, so had lunch delivered one day, to try something new. My order, the Santa Fe Wrap, was prepared really quickly, which is always great. The lettuce and tomato were very fresh and crunchy, and the chicken was seasoned pretty well. I will say if you're not a big fan of Fritos, then maybe remove the tortilla strips. Definitely recommend and will be back! Also, a little random but the NAPKINS! They are brown, but don't let that fool you into thinking they're those basic, scratchy ones. They are very substantial and so, so soft!! I recommend grabbing a few extra. Chipotle could never, I'm sorry. It's the details.

Look at this beautiful salad from Phat Salads and Wraps! Perfect work day lunch. This is a food truck and not a sit-down restaurant. You can order truck side, by phone and pick up or order through DoorDash. The owner is hands-on and takes pride in his food.

I was excited to try them out as they have a food truck. They didn't offer as many options displayed on their truck. I asked to replace the meat for a substitute protein like avocado and they would not honor that option. Instead they wanted to charge for it. It is very frustrating that something so simple and that could go a long way was not an option. No options for vegetarians. If you are don't waste your time here.

Went to Cooperage Phat salads and wraps happened to be there in order to drink beer you have to purchase a meal my s/o and I ordered from them and we didnt enjoy what we had ordered only good thing was, the lettuce was fresh it's boring food that's all you cant please everyone not everyone is gonna like the food
LOVED the tortilla soup, was absolutely the perfect food to go with the chilly weather and some Steele Share IPA at Iron Ox Brewery! Got my soup with chicken, perfect amount of spicy, warmed me right up! All of the wraps are amazingly tasty as well. Love the food, and the people are pretty awesome as well...

Wowza, there's nothing like a fresh flavor, bright salad dressing with a perfect blend of flavors and flavorful chicken mixed in! The Asian Chicken salad wrap is delicious and satisfying; best of all, it leaves you feeling just right after you eat--perfect lunch or light dinner.

I got a Texas themed wrap with chicken. It was filling and tasty. The owner had the same name as me, Timothy. My only complaint is that I wish they were near my work more near Airpark but great good and good service too
