Excellent customer service. Food is always hot, fresh and cooked to perfection. Salad bar is always stocked with fresh components. Dessert bar needs to go back to the way it used to be with bread pudding, pound cake and cobblers and also keep the ice cream and toppings.

This place sucks. 22 dollars for frozen. Reading called jumbo shrimp and a steak Godzilla old not chew. Don't go. Just don't go. They need to close this place

Low budget Sizzler! Not the greatest quality of anything! We just came from my daughter's tournament, my kids snacked there so weren't very hungry, so 1 shared steak with dad and the other didn't eat at all. We order 2 plates with salad bar with the cashier and the manager stepped in and said "But there's 4 people???" I told her my daughter is not hungry and my son (8yr old) is sharing steak with his dad, then she just turned away! Then as we ate, my husband said the manager kept looking over at our table! I gave 2 stars because our cashier & waitress were nice and its not their fault!

Great place to go for an all you can eat salad, soup, taco and some pasta bar plus a dessert bar.You can order chicken or steak or hamburger or seafood meals as well. Order at the front first then a waitress will bring you your meal.
The waitress was very sweet and helpful. However we will NOT be going back. We paid 35$ for our food. We stopped for a quick bite with our kids while we were waiting for our ride since our family van broke down. We didnt finish our food by the time our ride arrived so we asked for a to go box for the food we ordered and hadn't finished. The owners said no to go boxes and continued to stare and laugh at us. They kept staring. We had to leave with kids still hungry. I won't ever go back. Paid for our food and couldnt even eat it or take it to go. The owners have Horrible customer service.

I dont think ill ever eat here again! Ive been going to sizzlers for years since i was a kid. I love everything about it. Was one of my favorite places until today. My family and i (wife and 3 children) were in a hurry waiting for our taxi because our car broke down at kaiser right around the corner, we ordered salad bar meals with drinks, cashier who i believe is the owner was nice at first we got our food our ride showed up so we didnt get to finish our food. We asked our waitress (who by the way was awsome) for some to go boxes and she went to the owners asked for boxes both owners looked at our table and said no. Waitress came back and said im sorry but i cant, so we tried scarfing our food down as fast as we could while being judged for no reason by the owners. We left a nice tip for the waitress because it wasnt her fault. But the owners were looking at us in disgust like they couldnt belive we needed to go boxes. We werent looking to go fill up our boxes with salad bar items. We just wanted to put our kids food that was on our plates in the boxes so we they can finish at home. We live in Angwin its a pretty long drive. If the owners read this..never judge a book by its cover. Our kids were well behaved and we tipped our waitress. Maybe our beanies threw them off. Either way thats no way to treat customers. Owners were watching us the whole time in disgust until we left. Unfortunately for them we know a lot of people who eat there and we will be letting them know how rude they acted. I do not recommend this sizzler in the Napa location.
