The team was very quick. I didn't know some locations recyle certain size cups. I was able to sit outside and comfortably make a phone call. The inside lobby had a lot of foot traffic going on; some people had huge doggos and others were working on their computers.

very very rude customer services this is the second time... I wrote I review on a survey the first time about my service and went again to buy some drinks and when I walked in they stared at me and were talking and laughing staring at me seen they knew i had wrote a review and my previous visit , I approached one of the managers and told her about the other situation and I told her it's obvious you guys have a problem by the fact you guys are staring at me and she said,, " the fact that you wrote a bad review about the customer service and your stilling coming to buy at starbucks" !!!! this is the only starbcuks I have been disrespected and have had my drinks wrong!!! Starbucks should really hire people that love to work there and enjoy customer service..... Very disappointing..

Love this Starbucks!! They always make the drinks fast. Even when they have a lot of costumers. The outside tables are clean. But the thing that I don't like is the bathroom. Whenever I use the bathroom there's always toilet paper on the floor or a spilled drink. But overall, I like this Starbucks because there's some other Starbucks places I have visited in Napa and they don't have good costumer service.

Just left here and ordered a few drinks and they took awhile to make but service was nice and it wasn't super packed which was good, good place to go to if you're in need of a fix of anything fast!
