I used to come here a lot when the young man was working but since the girl started working in the morning she is really rude. I called to ask if they were open because the online and the sign at front says 8 but they never seem to be open until 9:20 we called to ask if they were open all we said was we notice your sign says 8 are you open and she said no we’re open till 9 and that’s not my problem and hung up. That’s the worst customer service. She didn’t have to respond the way she did the food is great just her attitude is horrible.

Why is this the ONLY subway that doesn't let you see them preparing the sandwich? The Monster sandwich my fiancé order was nasty with old meat and cheese, salty, and tasted funny. I've never really a fan of subway and I try to give good reviews on everything I've been at, but today was the worst experience, and why is the young lady serving us on her phone all awhile preparing food? Could it be the spoiled child of the owner?? I have to say, please pay a little more for someone who will take care of your long dedicated consumers SUBWAY!!! There was no one inside, this is superb busy plaza with FEdEx next door, pain to get in and leave. The tables, had crumbs and not cleaned. Please go elsewhere.

i placed an order for pickup at 8:45 since they close at 9 so my boyfriend and i could have dinner when he got off. i go to pick up my order i placed online at around 7 in advance to make sure they would have the stuff before it got too late. and when i got to the restaurant.. IT WAS CLOSED AND I GOT THERE 20 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE. i’m very upset.
The girl she work here is very rude she doesn’t even ask u what topic you on your sandwich she just want to charge u and let u go out. If u see an Indian working on the subway don’t order anything they r very cheap don’t give u a good

I just have to say that tallish white male with the long hair and the black polish is the nicest most respectable young gentleman I have ever seen. He made my sandwich perfectly and quickly and the sandwich was made so well it brought me to absolute tears as I reminisced on the sandwiches my mother used to make before she passed from an infected toenail. Not to mention I got a call from my wife while I was eating my lunch and she said that our son was stuck in a well outside a nearby winery and this fine young man saw me distraught and you know what he did?? That's right. He took me in his helicopter and helped save my young child and even took us home in a Ferrari but not before he took us out to ice cream on him. All in all he's a real stand up guy and one of the best employees of any business ever

I went into this establishment to get a 6inch meatball sandwich. The lady behind the counter did not speak a lick of English . I told her what I wanted and as she was taking the spook and stirring the meatballs around , with that same spoon she tasted it (maybe to make sure it was hot ) and put it back in the container and started to scoop mine onto the bread ? I stopped her and asked her to put a new spoon in there because she put it in her mouth and she did not understand one word I was saying to her.First off your employee should really speak English working with the public and the fact that she did that is awful ? I will not ever be returning to this establishment ( by the way this was my first time here ) .

I wonder if they also asked for a side of caviar and golden truffle oil for their sub?Anyway, 5 stars. It's a subway. It's pretty good. And the pricing wasn't bad. You sort of know what you're getting with subway but the colleague was very pleasant and made chit-chat with me, and made the sandwich as requested. Hard to go wrong!
