I just walked in there at 9:35 am and it's so hot with a fan on the ground, I'm guessing there's no ac... I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and it was disgusting. Hot, smelly, soap dispenser is broken so they put a bag of soap on the sink, sink was dirty, toilet was disgusting, walls and door were dirty. It was so gross I didn't end up getting any food. It was so dirty for just opening 35 minutes in the day. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks or even a month.

The worst sandwiches and the worst service! I gave them another try, I should of known smdh. The bread is dried like it was from days ago or weeks ago the veggies taste like it was spoiled! Jersey Mikes are way better, Always fresh and the best bread! Won't come here again! This Subway is on Imola at the river park plaza!

Came here today for a quick sandwich and it was very clean and well kept together. The customer service was great I would definitely come here again this spot is hidden in this plaza that is maybe why I have not seen it

My kids love Subway so I've given this franchise a few tries but there's an employee (tall, blond man with a lot of tattoos) that has very poor customer service skills. You can actually hear him complain when you walk into the restaurant-he is definitely not happy to have customers. We recently had another bad experience and my kids were actually afraid of him while we were there-he was very hostile. I won't be returning to this franchise any time soon, which is unfortunate because some of the other employees are great but this man is just too rude for me to consider returning. I'll be supporting a different Subway in town.

As I am walking in the guy was walking out with a vape pen on his mouth. He then said I’m on break. I was willing to wait but then he said “I’m on break and won’t be back for another 20 minutes!” This time he has attitude. His appearance was also very poor and looked dirty. Will never return here!

This is my third time to this location. The first two times they did not have white bread (ready in 20 mins.) only multigrain available. This time, after waiting while the employee was on the phone for probably 1 min. (No one else available to help- all visits have been between 12:30-1:15pm.) she informed me they don’t have have American cheese, while still on the phone. I felt as if I was interrupting her. Extremely poor customer service and out of staple ingredients every time! Unfortunately , I will no longer give this location another chance.

Everything about this place is disgusting from the tons of flies all around the food, to the stale bread, there was a leak coming from under the coolers that keep the meats and veggies cool. The bread is stale. 1 employee there today was extremely slow, talking on the phone thru an air pod while making my sandwiches. He kept telling his friend over and over as a joke laughing saying “I hope they don’t die, I hope they don’t get in an accident” so unprofessional to this young man. I have no idea how he has gotten this job and is able to keep it from how he has acted. Definitely has to be a family business because he would never be hired elsewhere with his type of work ethic. It took him 20 minutes to make 3 foot longs I don’t mind someone new learning but it was the talking on the phone and making food that made him forget MULTIPLE times what I have asked for on my sandwiches. Nothing was complicated with them, just simple sandwiches and my whole experience within that time I just wanted to walk out and leave with nothing. Save your money and make a sandwich at home. The food was horrible, meat selection looked discolored, my cucumbers on my sandwich were frozen. Looks to be new owners and they’re HORRIBLE at the upkeep. It is sad they’ve invested money to buy a subway franchise just to let it all go down hill.

Dear franchise owner, you have won the award for slowest subway on the west coast. It’s noon and you have 1 worker. . . Never again and I’ve been here at least 10 times. The girl with the earbud is a bad look. Done.
