Granted, even within the fast-food sphere, Subway locations aren't designed to be a top-tier contender. Folks go because it's quick, easy and the belly can be filled for a semi-reasonable price.Sadly, this Subway location merits a review as it has more in common with the West 110th Street subway station in Manhattan than it does with a sandwich chain. Prior to the ownership change in 2016 or 2017, this was reasonable stop when I needed a simple bite. Things went downhill in a hurry. The unhinged vinyl sign and string of outdoor bistro lights which have been laying on the ground for two years are an outward sign management is asleep at the wheel. The outwardly depressed presentation mirrors what one sees upon entering the doors. The coffee machine has been idle since 2021 and the "new" touchless drink machine hasn't worked since installed in 2020. While they advertise breakfast, the doors have been locked on the only two most recent occasions I've attempted to stop in. As noted in the photos, in addition to the broken drink dispenser, the refrigerated beverage area is always near empty. While all the photos were taken on the same day, you can be assured the experience at this location has stretched back long before the pandemic.I feel for the two employees. Despite working for a poor/absentee owner, they continue to remain polite. Why make repeat visits? Because it's a one-minute walk from work, I make an effort to stop in as a way to support to the employees. Sadly, today will be my last attempt as, in addition to the broken sign, broken coffee machine, broken beverage dispenser, bistro lights hanging on the ground and absence of tuna, ham, onions, bell peppers and NAPKINS, the toaster oven was also broken.Owners, it's time to step up to the plate or step away. You are doing a disservice to your employees, the brand and community.

I would've given a five-star rating across the board, if not for the language barrier that prevented some things from happening. But the employees were extremely courteous. The sandwich that I purchased tasted great. Overall, I was definitely pleased. But I think this particular location would do better if there were at least one employee that spoke English & one that spoke Spanish fluently.Vegetarian options: There are several options here.Dietary restrictions: A little bit of a language barrier. If you speak Spanish, they can explain it.Parking: Maybe 20 spots.Kid-friendliness: There's not a lot for kids to do inside the store. But they do have outdoor seating which is nice.Wheelchair accessibility: It's easy to gain access into the store.

Walked into an empty restaurant and an employee on his cellphone. He told me it would take 20 minutes to switch out everything in order to make a sandwich. Rude and unprofessional.

Basically all I am going to say is either get better employees for this store! Ones that aren’t RUDE and KNOW what their product is! If that doesn’t happen subway should just close this location!

Have you ever had the pleasure of eating a frozen chicken sub? Me either until today, I consider myself adventurous and have eaten some weird stuff in my life but this is my first time eating a chickensicle sandwich and I didn't like it and furthermore didn't order it. I'm not one to go off half cocked and leave a bad review on a whim but this bothered me. I ordered ahead online so I could just swing by and grab. I placed the order an hour before pick up. My sandwich was not ready when I got there and was not being prepared either. I sat for another 20 minutes waiting for them to make my sandwich. I went to dive into the masterpiece and tasted frozen chicken. Long story short I went back and had to wait in line all over again as the "Artist" didn't remember me or our interaction from 10 minutes prior. This all took me about 50 minutes. Time is money and I just spent way more than $15.00 for this sub with no offering from the Sandwich Artist to improve the poor experience. Coworkers I've spoke to about this location agree that your taking a risk expecting to get what you've paid for. Poor service and poor quality. PS ice makers been broke for 2 years. I would highly recommend go anywhere else to eat, good food trucks nearby.

This was one of the worst experiences in a restaurant, especially a chain restaurant. The person who made my sandwich was not wearing any subway attire and did not speak barely any English, the other employee, a short stocky woman assisted him in communicating with me. After my sandwich was toasted I asked for mustard, I can see the labels on the condiment bottles appeared to dirty. I asked for mustard, to which one of the bottles was low but still had some left, the employee went to the back room for a new mustard bottle, took him well over a min while my sandwich is sitting there getting cold. He did not change his gloves and continued to finish making my sandwich. I asked to make it a meal, and proceeded to get a soda. I was trying to ice and when it didn't come out after several attempts I asked them if it was broken and they told me yes it was. I then told them I wish they told me that before I purchased the soda and chips. Both employees did not acknowledge my comment. I didn't ask them if I can get a bottle soda out of the refrigerator and the woman they said yes. I put my paper cup down next to the soda machine were there were several other paper cups laying around. Apparently, this wasn't the first time someone bought a soda and did not take it because there was no ice. That whole area was filthy with dust including the area where I grabbed my cup there was dust and debris touching the cups. I ended up grabbing a cup that was stacked onto another one.Long story short, this place is very dirty and has employees who have no idea how to run the business.

This Subway has gone downhill fast. My sandwiches are are not made on time for pick up and I have to wait 10 minutes for them to make my sandwich. Today they didn't have my choice of bread and this is not the first time. I come here because it's convenient and close to my job since we are located in an industrial park. They used to be good. No more chances ... I'm done coming here.Parking: Plenty of parking ... The only good thing.

There was a short and heavy set Hispanic woman working. She had finished helping the family in front of me and it was now my turn. She wiped down the sandwich board before greeting me, then turned around and sneezed in one hand, then proceeded to sneeze into her other hand. She then turned her attention to me and greeted me with a hello while simultaneously putting gloves on. I had asked her "please wash your hands" to which she looked confused. I repeated myself "ma'am please wash your hands." She continued to look confused, did not give me a clear verbal response still. I don't think she spoke English. I pointed to the sink, simulated a hand washing motion to make it clear what I was trying to say, and repeated for a third time "wash your hands!" She then giggled and laughed and I said never mind and walked out.

I went in to ask for 2 medium drinks and 2 sandwiches. The lady at the front desk said OK and charge me for the meals. Then she told me to get 2 bottles of soda and then I said no I wanted the fountain drinks and THATS When she let me know that it didn't work. I told her I asked for 2 medium drinks she told me she charged me for 2 sodas. So I asked for my money back and my receipt. The lady behind the desk which spoke very little English could not understand me and refuse to give me either. I want my money back for everything. Please contact me Subway.
