Went here for dinner... the sushi was very good. We really enjoyed all the different rolls we purchased. The waiter was very nice and courteous even though he was extremely busy being the only wait staff for the entire restaurant. The only subpar part of the meal was the green tea... idk why, but it was just not the greatest. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our meal here.

Got teriyaki steak for 27$ before tip. It came with white rice and 6 thin strips of dry steak. I don’t do reviews ever but this hands down was bad.

I was craving sushi while driving through Napa and while driving (my bad)was searching via SIRI on google (sorry yelp) for a place.Sushi Haku popped up with 4 stars so I went. I regretted it from the moment I walked in. It was saturday and packed, but a seat at the sushi bar. When they finally got around to be I asked for a teka maki. My 7 year old son can do better. I ended up a mismatched cut , loose, half hearted effort, sloppy roll. Surprised because the gent that made it was probably 60 and should know betterI figured, ok, forget the sushi and asked for a Hamachi Kama(collar)It came way undercooked and cooked only on one side...not good or safe as the only time I got food poisoning was from under cooked yellow tail collar somewhere else. The waitresss said most people don't want over cooked. Yeah, that's true, but I said it's no excuse for poorly cooked food. never again!I rarely eat out anymore...just not worth it...better 2 go to paradise sushi in satnat rosa

The only reason I give it 3 stars is because it was super expensive! The online menu does not have updated prices at all. For 2 people it was $80.

Online menu prices are incorrect and completely false advertising!!!

Freshness was definitely there but rolls were cut way way to large. You had to dissect the rolls to fit into your mouth. The server tried to give us our bill several times which made us forced to hurry up. So so disappointing.

The water water and service was great! The food was disgusting -old, discolored; bad quality. Not returning.

Last 3 times I've gotten sushi from here have been freaking ridiculous! The first time I called takeout the main lady asked for me to hold. 12 min later hearing the other patrons I knew she forgot about the phone. I hung up and tried calling back. Busy signal. I went in and she was ignoring me and seemed to give me attitude when I told one of the servers what had happened. The second time, I called and called and called.....nothing. the third time I called right when they opened at 5. She put me on hold for 5 min and then told me it would be over an hour wait. They better hope another sushi place doesn't open up on that side of town cause with the customer service they supply they wouldn't last.

This place sucks! We sat here waiting for our food for an hour and they keep saying it's coming. We decided to just leave and asked for our check for our appetizer and that took another 10mins. No apologies whatsoever. The ladies that work here are rude just like all the other yelpers have said! This place is now off our list!!

Food was good, I wouldn’t say amazing. I feel it was overpriced from my experience. Atmosphere was pretty bland and boring. I’ll probably stick to my regular sushi places over this one.

This is my favorite sushi place in Napa. A hidden gem that serves solid sushi (I get the Cali roll and the spider roll) Perfect unpretentious lunch or take out spot.

BEWARE OF RIP OFF IF ORDERING TAKEOUT!!!Placed a phone order for takeout; total cost based on the prices listed on the menu on their website should have been ~$73, but they rang me up for $97 instead (i.e. overcharged me by $24, or ~33%). When I questioned the overcharged bill, the server's response was that they had changed their prices a while ago and the menu on their website was outdated. The cashier refused to honor their advertised prices or correct my bill.In retrospect, I should have just left the food behind and walked away at this point -- but didn't. Even more sad, I now see that there are numerous other reviews online (on Nextdoor and Yelp) complaining about the exact same dishonest behavior -- so my experience apparently wasn't an isolated incident.Enough time appears to have gone by since their price increase, that at this point it seems like maintaining the outdated pricing on their website is actually intentional (to try to hook in more customers who they hope won't see all of these reviews and won't notice that they're being ripped off). Although the prices listed on their website were reasonable, their *real* prices are kinda pricey for what you get, and my meal actually ended up being about as expensive as the same meal would have been at Eikos Napa -- which has much higher quality food.Even though Sushi Haku's food is decent, based on their management's complete lack of integrity -- I'll never go back again.

Delicious sushi and tempura!Update-- They are so short staffed & very, very slow, & getting more unorganized every visit (we were asked if we were finished, when we hadn't even ordered yet). The prices continue to increase, which I had no problem with after covid, but $150 for two people is ridiculous. It's unfortunate my favorite local sushi restaurant has gone downhill in the last year and a half. I'm very disappointed ?
