@tacobell I ordered your new grilled cheese burrito box meal supposed to come with the aforementioned burrito, cinnamon twists, drink, chalupa, and cantina Chicken TacoInstead all I got was a regular crunchy taco and burrito, no twists or chalupa. I argued to management and they told me they're online menu is wrong. Told them I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it only came with two items. Doesn't say online exclusive$5 box meal no longer exists either despite being online menu for months

Unfortunately I didn't have such a nice experience. The food was ok, but not as good as usual compared to other Taco Bells. The biggest problem was communication, unfortunately our order from the kiosk was not forwarded to the kitchen, after a 15 minute wait we asked. Unfortunately, communication was very difficult and since there was no receipt at the kiosk and we only had the payment receipt, it took another 15 minutes and a phone call to the manager until our order was finally found ?A rocky road to the food and without persistence they would have ours Concerns simply ignored.

Would not serve us breakfast at 10:45 ..... Bathrooms not clean and stinks and no paper towels..... We had to settle for something that was horrible...... Will not return ! Also language barrier.......

I have been in drive threw lime for over 20 min just to have the food so gross we can't eat it. ? we're on the road and waisted all the sapir time we had just ti still be hungry . Good thing I packed the kids

The service at this location is terribly slow. I typically order via the app and pickup inside. Two weeks ago it took 30 minutes to get my order. Yesterday it was 15 minutes. But, that was after an order that was placed in the store after I had already been there for 10 minutes got there's. There is no sense of urgency in making the orders. On top of that, the one person making the lobby orders did not change gloves after handling money at the counter or after carrying boxes to the back of the store. Not sanitary at all!

This place is strictly for Uber Eats/Door Dash & drive thru orders. Paying inside with cash is going to be an hour ordeal, no exaggeration.

I ordered three tacos and nachos and so they asked me to drive around front and they would bring it to me after waiting 10 minutes I went inside and the manager said it’s not ready yet. I waited and then they gave me my food. I took a glance in the bag to make sure everything was there as another customer was in the store saying he had to drive back because he did not get all of his food, and when I got home and open my taco it had about 2 teaspoons of meat in each taco and so I called the Taco Bell and told him and he said if you want to drive back, we will fix it and I said no but you need to train your employees and I asked him his name and he asked me what I said and I said I asked for your name, and then he paused and hung up on me . Places gone downhill.
