I have been shopping at Whole Foods in Napa for over ten years I usually love the quick checkout stands to get in and out of the store. For over the past year or two Whole Foods put Angelina at the quick check out and it has been awful. I cannot go in and out of the store without Angelina coming up to me and interfering and talking to me while I am checking out or talking to me when I go out of the store who gives her the right to latch on to me? This is not only annoying it is harassment! Many times, I have completely ignored Angelina and she does not understand that a person does not want to be bothered. On many occasions Whole Foods has other employees overseeing the self check-out area and they never approach me and are always gracious and are there when I have a question, this is the way it should be!! I have spoken over three times to the customer service managers or assistant managers about Angelina and nothing has been done. Zero Stars!

Yes, Whole Foods is expensive, but there is so much fun food to discover here. We used to live in Sonoma. That WF market is a bit smaller and a lot less fun. The people who work here are friendly, everything is well organized, lines move very quickly even when the store is packed with customers. I like the people who work in the vitamin section also. The store has a very cozy attitude for such a large venue. As far as the restaurant part, it's okay, but not why we visit Whole Foods. The produce tends to be good, for one thing. Also appreciate the assortment of cheese, crackers etc.

I love Whole Foods I love the food. I don't like the prices. But the food is great especially if you're trying to get open bar items for a quick lunch or something healthy.

Maria (working the evening shift on 11/27) was outstanding! I previously had a negative experience with another WF associate and she completely turned the situation into a positive one! She needs a raise! She was very friendly and professional. Thank you, Maria, you're a beautiful soul!

Its okay. Amazing selection of food but the store is gargantuan and a little overwhelming. Some of the hot/prepared food is great but generally hit or miss. Its very frustrating to see Prime deals around the store and feel like a begrudged customer. Staff is very friendly but seems like a lot of turnover.

This location while having everything I need is not organized well, it's like a maze in there! I asked an employee to direct me to the cracker isle and all it had were the cheap crackers! They have their flat bread and fancier crackers at a different spot next to the wine and cheese. Wouldn't it be easier to put all the crackers together?! This store makes you walk around everywhere to find what you are looking for!! Then the checkouts are confusing too as you cannot see where the lines start and I accidentally cut in front of someone (thankfully she understood I was completely confused at that point!). Also linking up your Prime account is not easy to do either. Do better Amazon! Also bring back Prime delivery to Vallejo, we barely have any grocery store options out our way!

Watch out for the guy at the juice/coffee stand in Whole Foods on the right side as you enter the store !! He was nasty and expected for me to know why the coffee shop and juice bar was close . NO Hello , no opinion on what you else I can get instead of the juice . He even kept his back towards me until I spoke up . It's a shame what Whole Foods teach their employees

Recently I went to Whole Foods Market in Napa to buy meat for my bad cats. They only eat dry aged prime beef when the pet stores in town run out of guinea pigs and other tasty rodents. A bald gentleman named Carl was kind enough to show me where the meat section is and he let me slap his shiny head. Like in Benny Hill. He also gave me pointers on how to make my bad cats behave. He said he used electrotherapy on his neighbors cat, Rodney, and that it really seemed to work. All in all I really enjoyed my time at Whole Foods in Napa and hope to visit there next time I need meat. Jerry.

What's the point of offering the TTLA on your menu if you never have the tempeh for the sandwich ... it's on your menu and we're basically told if we wanted it to come back in two hours. Makes absolutely no sense. Nothing changed. This has been something that was "supposed to change" for over 3 years.

Location: Large shopping center with Trader Joe's, Pete's and food eateries as neighbors. The parking is ample, prime time and weekends can be busy. Service: Employees have always been very helpful. They now offer self checkout along with traditional. There is a checkout line for both and get called when a register opens. Registers and carts are disinfected after each customer. Products: Although Whole Foods is on the higher end, price wise, I love all the unique products and small local businesses they help support. From the produce, the bakery, the specialty items, the alcohol and all the alternatives for those with food allergies or special diets. Pre COVID this location had one of the larger self serve food bars. They offer sale items that change weekly and if your an Amazon prime member you get an extra discount.

Within the last few months and this locations addition of delivery and pickup service, you better watch out if you go do your own shopping. Numerous times have the employee "shoppers" cut me off, zoomed by me end even hit me with their cart. I informed the customer service desk but nothing changed so here I am... customers should always have the right of way and the store shoppers need to be more alert and aware. Overall I like the store and the offerings, hence 3 stars, but I don't like being in a real life version of grocery games.

My little sister was craving pumpkin pie so the big sister I am coming to the rescue and bought her a slice of pumpkin pie from Wholefoods! After dinner, she asks me to grab some pie for her on the way home so I agreed and stopped by here before heading home. I was afraid I wouldn't find pumpkin pie with Thanksgiving being a few days before my visit here. I did not see it on the display at the bakery nor on their counter top. Luckily I asked the employee at the bakery if they had some and they did! She guided me in the direction of the pie, which was in the refrigerated section. Found the slice of pumpkin pie I needed. Once we grabbed the pie we went to the self check out line and left the store not long afterward. It was a good trip to the store, wish we had more time to look around but we had to be home before curfew so we left. I would come back to this location if ever I was in the area again.

This review is for the bakery. Specifically it is about Jennifer who was so lovely and helpful today. I came in looking for a berry chantilly cake because I had called earlier and was told they were making them today in about three hours. When I arrived later, they were not available for another four hours. I was disappointed but after talking to Jennifer, she somehow made it possible to get it earlier. She told me to come back in half an hour and my cake was ready when she said! Thank you so much Jennifer! I appreciate you doing me a favor and helping me! You were so lovely and made my day! I hope Whole Foods sees this and gives you a raise. :)

Clean and organized but staff are really rude and anal. God forbid your child runs towards the entrance and a staff member yells at you that it isn't the way to exit. Lovely store but uptight employees.
