Had dinner and drinks at the mansion bar the other night Lala and Mark and Stacy were all terrific. What a great evening. Thank you!

Do not waste your money here, it is very disappointing. The rooms are terrible, small, dark, musty. We paid over $300 per night and had a cramped room with no windows and the air didn’t work well. We got to our room and the carpet was sopping wet. They moved us to another room that looked like a 1960’s hotel room with an uncomfortable bed and the air didn’t work well. Don’t be fooled, this is nowhere near a 4 star hotel.

We got a suite that wasn't cleaned, instead of two cleaned suites, it y9ok more than two hours for us to get the right suites and when we asked for the manager no one was available, supervisor on shift and the supervisor on charge on the following week Sent emails to Manager Stanley Mutheki and a month later we are still waiting for a call back, again no response or an apology from management. We were at Silverado with our 4 kids and have to spent our evening fixing their mistake. Save your money, Customer Service is deplorable and there are dozens of great options for a better place.

I had the worst check-in experience in my entire life!! Staff was very unprofessional and “racist”. We arrived at 4 pm and were still in line until maybe 4:16 (a group of people were reserving rooms for the 80th birthday of the man in front of us… it was taking the girl a while to book. She seemed polite and new). After them in line was a Hispanic woman, then a white woman, then us, then more people showed up. One lady came from behind the counter by the fireplace and approached the white lady in front of me saying literally while pointing at the woman (not white) helping the large group: “this is unacceptable… I am not authorized to do this, but I am gonna help you”. She helped her and gave her her keys. At around 4:25 approximately, I approached the woman and asked her if this is the only counter to check in, and she said yes and didn’t help me. She completely ignored the woman in front of me, and the people behind us (Asian). Then another employee arrived, started her shift and helped us. The lady in front of me and I were very provoked and talked about it, making this woman hear it but she completely ignored it. Long story short, this is unacceptable. Unless the woman who was in front of me in the line is the owner of the resort, it is UNACCEPTABLE. Silverado, first and last time. Never again! If you need to reach out to investigate that, I have a photo of my friend with the woman in the background. I am sure you have cameras in your lobby. Check October 28 at 4 pm.

Exceptional experience and service at the Silverado resort! We stayed at a beautiful 1 bedroom, Golf was outstanding! Pools were quite and clean Can’t say enough about the staff at this resort. They made us feel special and looked after every need. The grill restaurant over looking the course was a nice atmosphere with excellent service and food. Highly recommend to treat yourself and stay at this resort

The resort itself is beautiful, the amenities are great. The front desk staff, the shipping and receiving staff are careless. I came here for a business trip and needed to ship back my breast milk to my baby. It was within a cooler and had serious time constraints attached to it. As a working mother, these are the necessary moves I have to make to feed my child. Before my arrival I called guest services to confirm a FedEx pickup and left a voicemail with shipping and receiving to ensure that I could actually do this on campus. I never got a call back from anyone. Upon my arrival I asked the front desk staff about this and they informed that it would be no problem as there are scheduled pickup windows. The morning of my check out, I called the front desk again to confirm. And again, informed that this would be no issue and to just drop the shipment at the front desk before I checked out. And I did just that. So imagine my surprise when my shipment hadn't arrived to it's final destination and I called the front desk at Silverado to find out that my shipment of milk had never been picked up and it was sitting in the back. Nobody knew what to do. After two hours of back and forth panicked calls and terrible communication about how they would resolve this issue I ended up sending my own courier. At one point they sent a bellman off the resort with my milk to FedEx without informing me. No higher ups got involved, which is baffling. This was not an issue about missing golf clubs, but something rather serious. I pleaded for a solve as this was the only way I could feed my baby. I needed that milk to arrive this weekend. I asked multiple times to speak to a manager, someone higher up who would understand the severity of the issue. I was told to leave a voicemail for the resort manager and to send an email and I would likely hear back by Monday. Nobody acted like they cared. I've left a voicemail for the resort manager, but I figured that someone would have called me by now to check in and apologize. NOTHING. All in all, the shipment will be spoiled by the time it arrives to me. This simple act of carelessness has caused irreparable damage and impacted the livelihood of a baby.

Let me first say that we travel often and I definitely have high standards when it comes to where we stay. I am so confused by the poor reviews. This was a couples trip and Silverado was in the perfect location for our Napa and Calistoga outings. Silverado is absolutely beautiful! Our suite on the golf course was beautiful, comfortable, and meticulously clean! All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Our breakfast at the grill was so yummy and we also enjoyed coffee and breakfast sandwiches at The Market. We were also able to reserve a pickle ball court and had so much fun! No complaints at all! We will be back ?♥️

So disappointed in our stay. We went while they were having a festival and setting up for a PGA event. We spent thousands of dollars for four nights and no piece. I would never recommend this place when Napa and Sonoma have so much to offer. They should’ve told us before we booked.

The resort itself is nice enough. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo which was spacious and the grounds are picturesque. The location is a convenient launching point for trips to wineries and local restaurants. We also used the spa and golf course which were both quite expensive but enjoyable. The pool was fine - nothing special. Unfortunately, our vacation was disrupted by a number of problems with our room throughout the trip which went totally unaddressed, and the level of indifference is seriously shocking. I would expect better from a basic motel, but for an expensive resort that markets itself as high end, the customer service is totally unacceptable. On the second day of our stay, we noticed a large puddle coming from under our refrigerator which we brought to the attention of the front desk, yet nobody ever visited our room to evaluate the problem or attempt to fix it. The puddles continued for the next 3 days and we had to clean them up with towels. Next, we noticed that one of the air conditioning units was raining water into the bedroom. Not just a few drips... but a steady stream of condensation. The carpet and wall were soaked and we had to place a towel and a bowl underneath to catch the water. We again brought this problem to the attention of the front desk and were told "thanks for letting us know" and nobody ever apologized or came out to assess the situation or repair it. Nothing! The third day of our stay we returned to our room later in the afternoon and found our room was not cleaned. We found the housekeeper outside finishing up another unit, and when we asked for our room to be cleaned she informed us that her "shift was over" and handed us 2 towels so we could shower. We informed the front desk about this, and still no apologies were offered and our room was never cleaned that day. Each of these problems were brought to the attention of staff and management numerous times - yet staff and management were evidently disinterested in addressing the problems much less ensuring customer satisfaction. Exasperated, we again mentioned these problems to the customer service manager upon checkout AND followed up with an email - and those complaints were also apparently disregarded. We never received a response to ANY of our complaints to this day! It seems to be a common theme in these reviews that customer service is a problem here - it's a shame since it's a very nice property and we would likely return and recommend if there had been any attention whatsoever paid to basic customer service.

Silverado used to be a great destination, but it no longer is. It does not feel at all like a resort. The level of fit and finish is more like a Residence Inn. Our "suite" on the golf course was a condo that reminded me of the ski condos of the 90's. The condo definitely needs to be refurbished. The furniture is dated and dented and the carpet is stained. Our friends said the same thing about their "suite." Nonetheless, the bed was comfortable, the condo was quiet and we had a lovely patio overlooking the first hole of the golf course. And, housekeeping was great. They came every day and did a lovely job. We played the North Course and it was in beautiful condition. Our round was 4 hours, which is very fast on a resort course. Could not have asked for a better golf experience. Of we return to Napa, we will stay elsewhere next time.

Exceptional experience at the Silverado resort! We stayed at a beautiful 1 bedroom, full kitchen condo. The golf view was so serene and bright to wake up to every morning as well as the sunset from the back step in the evening. Impeccably clean, comfy bed and prompt service at your fingertips. Golf was outstanding! Pools were outstanding. Can’t say enough about the staff at this resort. They made us feel special and taken care of. Hope to be back someday!

I wish it wasn't so cold out so we could really enjoy it...looking forward to coming back in warmer weather post COVID-19 ?

Stopped by for a drink over 4th of July weekend and was shocked to see one waiter repeatedly remove his mask while serving. He even took it off to deeply inhale a customer's wine before serving!!! I know this was standard practice before covid, but to do that right now is super unsafe. No other employees or managers (that I could see) reprimanded him and for that I won't be coming back.
