i'm sorry to leave a negative review but the food here was very disappointing (and not cheap). The bulgogi tasted nothing like other (good) bulgogi I've had in the past. it was basically flavorless and surrounded by an excessive amount of wet lettuce. The potstickers were relatively tasty but they were deep fried rather than sautéed on one side and there wasn't much filling. I agree with some of the other criticisms of this place.

We just went today to try the food here for the first time, we ordered the beef fried rice and spring rolls and pot stickers.. For the price we paid, I thought we were going eat something delicious ..ooh boy I couldn't eat the beef fried rice the beef was so horrible, tasted so sour and the fried rice was so dried and chewy. I will never come here again! Sorry TJ, it's a no for me!

FAIR PRICES / GOOD "BAG HEFT" / GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE / DEPTH OF FLAVORS / 4.5 Stars Tried this spot out for the first time and will go back: great staff, fair prices, and I liked the things I had. More like 4.5 stars, IMO. I got a very positive first impression when I called the number listed and did not get an answer, but my phone rang back seconds later and it was them. Easily placed an order and when I showed up about ten minutes later it was ready to rock, that was efficient and a thoughtful way to do business! They were wrapping up at the Tuesday morning Farmer's Market and heading over to Soscol site at around noon or so. Going earlier, getting some things at the market, and eating at there would be a nice morning adventure! Started with the pot stickers, which were plump and had great flavor. Deep-fried and felt very crisp and "light" with no heavy/old oil taste. Good serving for $8, added some of the hot sauce and sweet & sour sauce that the helpful person at the window directed me toward. Would have them again, for sure. Had the shrimp fried rice, which was delicate and flavorful, perhaps the slightest bit small for $14.50 but the shrimp were very fresh and served steamed in full. I cut them up and mixed them into the rice and it was very tasty! Rice also seemed almost steamed, and this order did not have the classic fried rice feel, but still was solid. My favorite was the excellent TJ Chicken Chow Mein! It was chock full of bok choy, carrots, sesame/garlic/onion, and had some pickled radish on the side. This dish was really hearty and when I had it later for dinner it reheated well and was a great value at $15. This had terrific depth of flavor and I will definitely order this again! There are many other dishes I will be exploring, the bulgogi beef options are tempting as well as the cucumber salad and the chicken adobo salad. I bet the XLB are also good, and I have not seen them around Napa so that adds to my interest! Thanks, Thomas and staff! See you again soon!

I got the bibimbop... flavors were fine but the only veggies in it were pickled onions and cucumbers. No Kim chee, mushrooms or mushrooms like in the pictures. Also there were literally at least 30 whole black peppercorns. Each bite was torture so I stopped to pick them out. There was a lot of meat so that's nice! The peppercorn lack of veggies thing did me in though... :(

Great food and great service!!! We ordered the meat combo, soup dumplings and bbq pork bun! It was delicious!!! We were waiting in our car and I'm assuming it was Thomas who walked to our car and delivered our food to us and gave us some yummy shrimp chips to snack on!!! He went above and beyond! It was definitely worth the drive from Fairfield! We will be back.

10/10! I'm so happy o finally got to try TJ dim sum! It's right by my house. I got the xiao long bao (soups dumplings Pork bao buns Potstickers Super good flavor! Not over greasy at all! I would have liked my potstickers not all the way fried (I like them fried on one side and steamed on the other side.) The soup dumplings are the best! They are fun to eat, the broth was clean, and the filling was a nice pork filling. They were cooked to perfection and had a crunchy thinf attached to the dumplings with added another level of flavor and texture! The pork steamed bao buns were perfection! Not over cooked and the pork was nice and sweet yet not too too sweet. The exterior (the bun) was like a soft cloud. You can tell they were made to order. The potsticker filling was definitely delicious. Lots of flavor but my only gripe is that it was all the way deep fried, I like my potstickers to be pan fried on one side and steams on the opposite side. This was such a great lunch option and I will definitely be back for more !

Really, truly wanted to like them. The atmosphere at Feast was fun and neighborly. Kids playing games, musician on stage, generally great vibes. Dim sum dinner seemed like a good idea so we placed an order with the very friendly lady at the window. And then waited...and waited...and waited. People around me were getting restless. One lady settled for part of her order and ran off because she was late and could not wait any more. There were four people in the truck, and I have no idea what the process was. Each one of them would stare at the row of unfilled order tickets, stare down at the bags of semi-completed orders, and wander off. At one point someone in an apron stood there holding her phone in one hand and her tongs in another, and picked up nothing before wandering away. After about 25 minutes we finally received our order of Combo A (Seafood combo with jiu cai jiao, cucumber salad, and kim chi) and a shrimp fried rice. The cucumber salad - just cut up pieces of cucumber. No garlic, no spices, no marination of any sort, as described on the menu. The kim chi: pickled onions bearing no resemblance to any kind of Korean side. The shrimp fried rice: cold shrimp just plopped on top of some fried rice with very minimal egg. Checking the other Yelper's review, at least there wasn't a cumin bomb. Maybe they are super inconsistent, or maybe it was an off night and they ran out of ingredients?

I've been disappointed by a lot of Asian food in Napa but this has been the most disappointing and also confusing. I had a sense of doubt when I received my food due to cumin bomb that detonated on my table when I opened the bag. I tried to stay positive but the smells didn't lie. - pork bao bun: tasted fine. Not offensive however it was bland. Probably a frozen bao bun - jiu cai jiao: this was like empanada dough and thick and gummy. These dumplings are supposed to have a super thin dough wrapper which is why they are sometimes called crystal dumpling... Flavors were very one note. I didn't taste any chive. - pot stickers: again, the dough was thick and gummy. Not at all potsticker dough. Filling was one note. Also there was no dumpling sauce... - Spring roll: the literal only decent thing and it's probably bc the wraps are store bought based off of the dough from everything else. No sauce for spring roll. - SHRIMP FRIED RICE: this was the biggest offender. SO MUCH CUMIN. Why is there cumin in the fried rice?? There was no hint of oyster sauce or fish sauce or sesame oil or anything other than salt, and the big daddy offender - xiao long bao: the cumin saga continues... Overall just super sad because I've been trying to find good Asian food in downtown Napa for a while. Looks like I am still stuck to Petaluma and SF if I want to torture myself by going into the city. ALSO ALLERGY ALERT. I AM ALLERGIC TO PEANUTS AND DIDNT ORDER ANYTHING WITH PEANUTS LISTED AND IVE HAD A MILD REACTION. Probably just cross contamination but want to alert all of my fellow peanut allergy besties out there

Most authentic Asian food in Napa. Ingredients, fresh and flavor so good. Just wondering what took them so long to start this business. Amazing food .

Amazing! Extremely delicious dishes with gorgeous garnishes. Even the drinks come in adorable packaging. We were overwhelmed by the quality. We got their signature soup dumplings, pho, and a few veggies. Everything was super authentic and soul-comforting on a cold night. We will definitely be stopping by again soon.
