Normally I give rave reviews for V. Now am more cautious. When ordering I asked to eliminate the pepperoni and substitute extra onions instead. As usual, crust was delicious, but that's where the fun ended. The sausage was undercooked. And instead of extra onions there were a scant few scattered over the pie, plus the amount of vegetables in general was sadly inadequate. C'mon, Velo staff - you can do better. Not all of us pizza-lovers are singularly driven to eat dough, cheese, and meat.

This place was just okay. The pizza was basically just bread and cheese. If it actually had tomato sauce, the pizza would have been much better. The service was good, everyone was generally nice.

The place was packed when we came in for dinner on a Saturday night. It's a pretty narrow restaurant, so the spacing was really tight between the few tables and the bar area downstairs. There were steps leading to a dining room on the second level, but since we sat downstairs I couldn't see how much room there was up there. Anyway, 2 stars because how can a place do pepperoni pizza wrong? My dining companion and I each got a slice and agreed that it was not very good. The pepperoni was not crisp to my liking and the pizza was just very salty. The overall taste was just off and even my soda had a weird taste to it. We also thought our Caesar salad that we split was drenched in too much dressing. The one bright spot was our server who was nice and on top of it. The food however was a disappointment and we ended up getting pizza at another spot the next day to make up for this meal.

We liked it! It's small so we sat at the bar because both upstairs and downstairs tables were full. No problem for us and we got fabulous, friendly service from the bartender/server named Jared. My husband was starving and order several different menu items; Pizza, pasta, stuffed artichoke, and a wedge salad. We both agreed that the wedge salad was our least favorite of all the items we ordered. It was deconstructed and I had to chop it all up myself, plus the egg wasn't hard boiled as expected and was over easy with runny yolk which I didn't care for on the salad. Pizza was tasty and cheesy. Not the best pizza ever, but good. We ordered the pizza with extra sauce and glad we did. The stuffed artichoke was tasty and came with full roasted garlic gloves. Service from Jared was great!

Tasty upscale pizza joint which sells slices and a good selection of glasses. Unpretentious and friendly servers with great daily specials. Gotta come back for their mushroom pizza, I hear its phenomenal.

Wow, Excellent Pizza! I saw the reviews and wanted to give it a try. Not being from town it was a little difficult to find and there is only parking on the street. I walked in and was told to sit wherever so I went upstairs. I ordered the pepperoni pizza. It was just a short wait before I took my first bite which was absolutely delicious. It reminded me of why I like pizza so much. The cheese was plentiful, stringy and gooey. The pepperoni had just the right blend of seasoning that it wasn't overpowering. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting some very good pizza.

Nancy!!! Wow! My girlfriend and I came in for lunch today and were we ever impressed! Nancy was just so friendly, hospitable, down-to-earth and fun! We absolutely adored her! And the restaurant? Incredible! Such a cool place... and so reasonably priced, and yes! It's in downtown Napa! The pizza was scrumptious and the Caesar salad was the best I've had! We will be back soon!
