They shipped wine to one of their customers and sent it to the wrong address (mine). They contacted me and I agreed to put new shipping labels on the cases to have them ship to the right address. Then they called me to complain that I had shipped them with the new labels too soon. While complaining, they told me they had sent their customer the wrong wine anyway!So let me get this straight - you shipped the WRONG wine, to the WRONG address, and then have the gall to call me and complain that when I went out of my way to help them with something that had nothing to do with me, I hadn't done it "right?"Unbelievable behavior. Certainly will never visit their winery.

Im a big sports fan so it was really cool they play sports on the tv. When the lakers game got to the fourth quarter they started playing the sound from the game. It was a very chill vibe and the host was very nice. The couches are extremely comfortable and it feels home-e. Th reason why i have it one less star because the wine wasn't that good and it was expensive. I'd rate the wine a 2/5 but because i like the sports vibe so much and the customer service was great that's what brought my rating up

Love the facility.But do not join the wine club! Our first shipment was received damaged.. I reached out two times to discuss it with the manager via email- no response. Most of the bottles are being thrown away. So sad because we are long life eagle fans, and was expecting more.

Very chill vibes right in downtown Napa. We loved the 2019 Pickett Road Block. The chardonnay isn't bad either.Bonus: try the chocolates. Creamy and delicious!

Superb tasting room. Very mellow, great wines, and excellent service. Really enjoyed getting to know Coach Vermeil's brand and enjoyed our tasting and subsequent glass of cab franc. Will be back for sure! Highly recommend.

We stopped in here for a glass of wine after dinner. The cab franc was fantastic and hit the spot. This is a fun, nicely decorated spot in which we felt very welcomed and comfortable. Frankie was the best!

Located right at the heart of downtown (& conveniently next to Starbucks) Vermeil Wines tasting room has something everyone likes. Outdoor seating, indoor seating, restrooms & a bar. Lovely hosts & tv's & of course some snacks. A little on the pricey end but hey, that's Downtown Napa for you. Enjoy people watching on the outdoor seating & share a bottle of wine with some of your new friends. Kid friendly & clean.I always walk pass this place whenever I'm downtown but actually went in for some wine with a friend. Bought a bottle that wasn't released by Vermeil yet but somewhat worth it. Could've used a good two more months but we really wanted to try the charbono.Would I personally come back? Probably not but nonetheless, a good place to stop by, enjoy a glass or two, & people watch.
