THERE IS NO GOOD CHINESE FOOD IN NAPA. That said, this is the most solid 3 star that we have tried (all other Chinese restaurants in Napa are three stars or less; I would give this one 3.25 if I could). The food is adequate. It is basically the same menu as just about every other Chinese restaurant in Napa, but they do some of the dishes just slightly better. We were quite surprised this time. We had tried Wah Sing numerous times in the past, and were always disappointed. This time, it wasn't so bad. New cook? We ordered pot stickers, steamed rice, chicken chow mein, green pepper beef, kung pao shrimp, and drums of heaven. The pot stickers were perfectly adequate and better than some of the other Chinese restaurants in Napa. The chicken chow mein was meh. The beef and shrimp were also just slightly above average. The drums of heaven were decent. One thing that this restaurant does that is good is that, for takeout (which is what we did), if you have something crispy (kung pao shrimp, drums of heaven), they give you the sauce in a separate container so it stays somewhat crispy. One thing that they don't do is label the sauces so you know which goes on what. Still, it was a good thought. I can't say we will rush back but, if you are in Napa, and are desperate for Chinese food, well, you could do MUCH worse. Put another way, it won't make you go Wah but it also won't make you Sing.

I have been going to Wah Sing for perhaps 35 or 40 years now. I raised 3 children who, once they were able to, also ate there with mom and dad. I have yet to experience anything short of fabulous food. My kids are diehards who, to this day, go there either to dine in or grab some take out. Also, all of our friends here enjoy Wah Sing and they too rave about it. I can find no fault with their service. They are on top of any requests we ask of them with big smiles and personable approach. My missus and I are going there tonight on a Saturday and my mouth is salivating like mad. We are also going there on Monday with 2 of my grown kids.

This is honestly some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. The BBQ pork fried rice was excellent, and the orange chicken had fresh vegetables. Most Chinese restaurants' orange chicken has no vegetables, so this was a rare treat. A+ for both the food and the service. We will definitely be coming back to Wah Sing the next time we're in Napa.

I thought I would give this place one more try. I should have learned .. The last two times I placed my order, it was wrong. Their quality has really gone down hill. The meat is full of fat and chewy. Shrimp is over cooked. Their customer service was horrible when placing the order. The guy yelled at me over the phone right as I started to speak . Demanding my phone number. Af if he couldn’t wait for me to at least finish my word. Not my order but just the word I was saying. I don’t think I will be returning. Not worth the trouble . I tossed half of my meal because the meat was full of fat and chewy.

The food here is delicious. We have gotten delivery twice from here. I have not been to the location. A friend recommended this as the most delicious Chinese food in town. Wow they do not disappoint. They have a crispy pan fried Chow mein. There are a few dishes that are not your common mandarin style Chinese food popular. Since we ordered delivery, I will say the food arrived hot and order was completely perfect.

We have eaten there several times ordering something different each time. Everything we've had is excellent. The service is awesome. They are fast and efficient. The prices are average. I love Chinese food and I am particular. Portion are very large. I highly recommend.

Will never go back again Ordered Kung pow chicken, which is a spicy chicken dish Barely tasted like chicken because the onion and celery were so very intense. Took The to go order back to the restaurant and the manager said he'd give me half my money because we ate some of it. (The two bites that we tried) The eggrolls were extremely greasy, and we couldn't even eat them I asked for a full price refund and he said "too bad " in a very condescending way as if I were two years old. I've never beein treated so awful in a restaurant, and I never take food back This is the bad first review I've ever written because things happen sometimes.
I would give more stars,they are very kind and the prices are a lil high but the quality of food is superior for the dollar. Thank

As a mobile technician I travel the whole Bay Area and I stop at little Chinese restaurants all the time. Today I stopped at Wah Sing and dang the lunch specials are under $10!!! I got the Broccoli chicken. And it was the most delicious Broccoli chicken I have had at any Chinese restaurant so far! They gave us a big meal, soup and tea! Bill was 10.50 before tip! U can’t beat that!! I will keep coming here when working in Napa! Totally worth it. Great taste and great prices!!
