Met the VP on a random Thursday they gave the normal staff a day off for a bachelorette party. Seems like great vibes, decent wine, and good company. Very unassuming, welcoming, with great instagramable backdrops. Didn’t bring our dogs but seems super dog friendly! Will bring our fur babies next time. Had sports playing on the TV’s, so you can bring your men or have a girls night out!

The vibe is really nice. We had the frozen Rose in the pink plastic wine cups. This is definitely a place for women to gather. Loved everything about this place. The music and service.

Cute spot to sample wines. We got the mimosa flight and artichoke dip which were both great. Service was okay. The servers kept dissappearing for long periods of time, like not walking around at all. It was not busy but we found ourselves waiting for them to come back to order food and another time to get the bill. The couches look like they need to be cleaned and there was stains everywhere. 3 stars due to service and not so clean couches. There are two cute spots/backdrop to take pictures.

Very cute Instagrammable place. Mocktails could use some work but if you're going for wine and a great atmosphere with your friends, this is a great place. Very close to other shops and restaurants. They also have very cute seasonal decor! Recommend.

Super girly and picture-perfect spot in downtown Napa. Nice drinks, chill atmosphere, cute shop, and clearly designed with a mind on maximizing photo opportunities with great photo spots. Went there for a bachelorette party and had a great time. Met one of the owners who made it a really special night by showing the bride how to open a champagne bottle with a sword! Quite a night to remember.

Very cute place, good selection of rose and nice music.
We were drawn in strictly by social media posts. We showed up right after they opened and we weren’t really impressed with the customer service.We even decided to buy a couple cute $60 sweatshirts, and they never even offered to take the hangers or put them in a bag for us. They just asked if we wanted it added to our bill.Sorry we won’t return.

We've been a half-dozen times and been happy every time before - the Barbie shot is always a hit, and the setting is perfect for the likes of a bachelorette or birthday party.The most recent visit though, we had a very rude server. One member of the party went up and paid and left and the rest of the party left soon after. The server chased us down because we didn't realize our friend had only paid for her own drink. We came back, and I asked for a minute to confirm with our friend.The server then became extremely condescending and started repeating the same thing louder and slower the way that some people do with people who don't speak English. I repeated the same request in multiple different ways, but the server seemed unable to comprehend.Not sure if racist or just plain stupid, but stay away from the short, somewhat squat brunette. We've met the owners, and they're great, but this one employee reflects poorly on Wine Girl.
