The food was ok at best, kinda plain I've definitely had better burger King. The service was very slow although I was the only person in line. The young lady running the register was taking her time as if she was not on the clock.

The most disgusting burger I've ever ate from a fast food, super salty and greasy... It wasn't even enjoyable, it was such a waste of money... Just go to a real burger king that isn't from a mall.

Terrible. Just terrible. I ordered my burger and there’s 2 types of bacon burgers. The lady CHARGED me for the most expensive one and didn’t tell me anything. On top of that I asked for a MEDIUM and when I left I got a kids size side of onion rings. There was absolutely NO CUSTOMERS! And yet they messed up. In the end she gave me 1 pack of ranch and I asked for another one. Her without even checking she threw in a barbecue sauce. Shows how unprofessional they are and can’t even pay attention.

Waited 20 mins for “fast food” she had the nerve to also take my food out my bag and give it to another customer. She was very rude never coming back

Asked for Diet Coke, got regular. Please be careful. Really annoying to have to go somewhere else to purchase another drink. ESP with masks on it is hard to hear what is said but verify. Dangerous for diabetics.

I will say the actual food here for a BK was hot and fresh. The sunday pie also was surprisingly good for a packaged little piece. However, the listening skills of the staff here isn't the best. I had half my order taken down before being passed off halfway through to someone else. I had to repeat a few things a second time (my drink order) and stated I wanted the food as a dine in order. Upon receiving my food I got it as a take out order. I didn't quite understand the rushed feeling I got ordering as I was literally one of three people in line during the noon hour on a Monday so it wasnt exactly packed here. I wasnt expecting much coming to a BK to begin with but at least the food quality (for a BK) was good.

On 11/9/19 3:00pm, I encountered less than satisfactory customer service at this location. The young lady making the orders and calling them out was very rude, when I explained to her that my mothers food had come out cold. She went to grab her manager (who was more helpful)and she offered to replace the fries but not the burger. When I was explaining the situation to the manager the female employee proceeded to make remarks in the background which I found to be very unnecessary and unprofessional which is why I am writing this review. Will not return to this location with snotty employees!
