Great domestic Mexican cuisine! We had the albóndigas soup and the caldo de res. It comes with a side of rice. We had the homemade corn tortillas and wow! What a combo. We also had their homemade Jamaica drink which was very delicious!

Service was good. Food was really good but I had one little problem. The toddler size salsa with the baby spoon.... Like I get it if u don't wanna waist food but if your gonna serve a big bowl of chips you gotta have enough salsa for them I'm just saying, but I appreciate the hospitality great food and clean establishment thank you.

I hate to leave such a low rating because I love supporting small local businesses. As far as breakfast goes everything is bad. Bland, tasteless, lame... Almost like Army post dining hall food. They really need to remove French toast from their menu as a business suggestion. The French toasts I received were stiff and dry and tasteless and tiny; no powdered sugar, no white fluffy butter. No joke, they looked fake, like toy food; shrunk. Same goes for the omelette; ordered the house special and the chicken was dry and the egg overcooked. My wife ordered a more simple ham and cheese omelette and it came with that generic cube ham that of course isn't cooked. The coffee is weak in many ways; not hot, not strong, not toasty. I've eaten in many restaurants all over the world, especially Mexican food in Mexico. Even the hand made flour tortillas my mom was hyped about weren't yummy at all. We recently discovered flour tortillas at Walmart and those were better. The inside looked nice and cozy but don't go for breakfast. Maybe lunch/dinner is their forte. Cheers!

Food and service are excellent! They hand make their flour and corn tortillas. As soon as you walk in you see the lady making the tortillas and the smell feels like you just walked into your abuelitas or mamas house. I had the menudo and it was very clean, not greasy and good flavor. My husband had the chilaquiles rojos and he said they were very good too. The place is a little tight but I think it feels more inviting that way.

On this episode of Dave vs Fuud:Dave ordered the Carne Asada Sopes. Very good flavor! ? The sopes were perfectly, slightly crispy on the bottom and cooked to perfection. The rice was delicious and the refried beans were very tasty. The chips were warm and delightfully crunchy. The waitress was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu. This restaurant, the food, and the staff are Veddy Guud!

Pit stop coming from the boarder. Really good food! The menudo was the best. The albóndiga soup was also really good. Really happy we stopped here. Tortillas (corn and flour) are made by hand, tastes so fresh.Parking: The place was pretty packed but there is overflow parking near the back.

Love the food here and service is ok but paid about 30 bucks for strawberry margaritas that literally tasted like sink water and didn't seem like they had any alcohol in it. They looked pretty at least but definitely tasted bad.

I had the chilaquiles Verdes. They were ok, but didn't taste like the sauce was made in house. I kinda got the can vibe from it. The beans were delicious at least.

This place is highly recommended if you want fresh homemade tortillas and really authentic mexican food, and you don't have to go to old town or expensive places. It's a little quaint restaurant in the corner of a plaza, but i'm telling you, it's delicious. You can order posoli menudo or chiliaquiles my favorite!
