Very slow service. Ordered a 2entree plate and waited almost 40mins!!! Management should pay attention to this especially it looks like they have enough people and weren’t too busy.

I don't really like to call out a bad review but my visit this month at Chow King was a little better than it was last year. The 2022 crew was awful, the workers were having in appropriate conversation and workers who are married were flirting with each other in front of customers. Food is OK, still food takes too long with small portion. Parking is limited, if you can't find one park across at Jollibee.

Tried something new and I must say I was very impressed with the flavors and price.I had the pleasure of ordering the beef and broccoli dinner and it was just enough to fill me up and had dynamite flavor.I would definitely recommend this place.Down side was the dining area needed some cleaning up but it's also very busy in there.

Just came for halo halo but came away with asado siopao which a way way better than the steam buns in dimsum places. Young ladies at the counter are friendly and nice. Clean and organized food area. Quick service though there were few waiting.

Last time I visited here I was very disappointed due to service and food quality. I remember the workers were flirting with each other in front of customers. I waited for over 30 minutes for my food. The quantity was so small for what I paid for over $60 worth of food. Glad they got some new employee because in the past the crew was bad.

Staff was nice but they made us wait 20-30 mins for the Lumpia Shanghai due to them being short staffed but ended up getting the wrong entree in the end. The food wasn't as good as i remembered it to be.

First time eating here and I was excited.I didn't like their food at all.The coconut shrimp was fine, but everything else sucks. The lady at the front desk was very nice though. She treated everyone with a jolly attitude and a smile which is nice. They need to improve their food.

I don't know why so many people are giving this place a bad review, its not bad at all. I had both the food and the halo halo. Not 5 star but definitely better than most fast food. Also pretty cheap and the workers are nice! Not my regular place but ill go back!

Fried chicken is usually crispy but this chicken was not unfortunately. Order was wrong. I never got my rice only noodles. Total was $28 for two combos. For such a high price for a fast food chain. Im extremely disappointed.

Low quality food and servings are so small. Maybe desserts are okay since that's hard to mess up, but everything else, nope. We'll never go to this place again.

My dinner at Chowking National City left a lot to be desired. My lauriat Chinese-style fried chicken entree fell short of my excitement for the crunchy and juicy iterations in the Bay Area. Here, both my fried chicken and rice were overcooked and dry. My buchi sesame ball also had a roasted outside, but at least the inside was still chewy with generous bean filling. My visit was later in the evening, within an hour of closing time, maybe explaining my meal. National City won't be my go-to for now, but I'd give them another try, perhaps closer to peak meal hours. Service was timely and polite, and I appreciated the dedicated parking lot for this location.
