The smell of Cinnabon is so good. One of the employees was doing the right thing. He gave us the box not from the display in front of the register. I think everything was delicious. I hope they always make everything fresh.

2 stars for because of the good service. It saved it from one star. The employees were kind and quick, friendly even. The product is not so good. Stale, not even warm, overpriced for low quality . I bought a churro swirl & mini Cinnabon. They were cold and stale hard to bite I took 2 bites threw it away & I had bought icing for $1 for the churro pff. Waste of money the Cinnabon was also cold & doughy we just threw them away. Won't be back for sure. I got fooled by the delicious smell & look of the product. but nope not again ?

There used to be lady that works here along with her assistant, that was it, just two people running this place, now there’s 7 young people that doesn’t know what customer service means?

I ordered the new chocolate Bonbites but lady said they don’t have it. I asked her why they’re advertising it on their wall ? It’s false advertising. I told her they should take it down. Very disappointed. I ordered hot coffee & she gives me cold coffee!

I've lost my sweet tooth long ago, but in a wild blue moon I will want something sweet. Stopped by after the movies before closing and got my usual cinnabon and cinnastix that comes with cream on the side. I used to get the cinnabon with pecans on top too. Although too overly sweet for me nowadays, they used to be my favorite especially straight out of the oven.
I went to get a Cinnamon (T Mobile rewards). I had problem with the app, but the professionals helped and I was done in record time. I will be back

How can the staff be sweeter than the actual Cinnabon, This location has restored faith in humanity and gooeyness. I was left Hanging when my Baker forgot to make a cake and it was a Holiday weekend everyone was sold out of anything edible and I'm less than an hour from closing. I made it to this location with 15min to spare thinking at all would be left are the crumbs. Nope, they had made me 2 racks of rolls Box them all right in front of me, could not be fresher unless they baked it in my mouth. They even reminded me to get a little extra frosting incase I was doing candles. They saved the event in that everyone there was reminded of how much they missed Cinnabon, and how it was added back to their places to enjoy. I was in such a rush to get back that I didn't get the names of the crew but I tell you this place has hired well. I will now add Cinnabon back to my guest list.

I needed corporate gifts and happened to remember Cinnabon in Plaza Bonita. I called and had the pleasure to speak to Vir the manager. He was great and my fairly large order was wonderful and ready on time. I would recommend this location to everyone. The buns were freshly baked, smelled terrific and were delicious.
