Domino's is a good pizzeria but one time I called my neighborhood Dominos and ordered pizzas, and the Dominos Pizza worker put Black Olives on the pizza I didn't ask for. I called to let Dominos know, and they said I was, in many words, I am a Lier they didn't put the Black Olives on the pizza.I love veggies but I didn't ask for the Black Olives on my Pizza.I had to actually drive to Dominos and show the pizza, then I was threatened by the Domino manager and he told me I was never allowed to order from them again in National City California on Highland and 7th Street.The whole ordeal was very frustrating, afterwards I didn't have a taste for Pizza,I lost my appetite.Now, I order online and the NC Dominos has to deliver...Otherwise, Dominos Pizza is Delicious.A'ho!Corndancer Hawkeyes

Placed my order online I was supposed to get my pizzas in 25 mnts i requested to get alerts when my order is ready because I was going personally going pick it up, never received alerts I waited in the parking lot 40 mnts they did bother to call me or text me. When I went inside the guy was acting like he didn't see me until I got his attention I told him that I placed my order online and I was supposed to get alerts when my order was ready he just said he didn't know turned and left me talking. Horrible customer service not planning to go back to that business.

Phone service is horrendous!!!! The man on the phone was not willing to disclose any deals to me ok fine I ordered anyway I was never asked for email so as I’m waiting for this delivery I call back again very rude when answering the phone I asked how will I get tracking on this order and he said you can’t! I ask him again like ok so how will I know when it’s delivered? (Im sending elsewhere as a gift) he said driver will call you and hangs up the phone. By far worst customer service ever

Ordered delivery and one of my items were wrong, usually I wouldn’t care but it was something to hot for the kids I was babysitting. So I called to see if they could bring me the right item. I was even gonna give the driver a $40 tip because I felt bad even though it wasn’t even my mistake. They said they’d redeliver my item. Waited a whole hour and NOTHING so I called again and they said they were leaving the store right now, so I assumed maybe they had a rush etc things happen. A whole second hour goes by and nothing again!! So I call back and just ask for a refund and they say I have to come in. Literally ridiculous… ofc I’m expected just to get over it while they keep my money.

I recently purchased a pizza and knot combo and when I got home my pizza was not cooked the center of it was completely doughy. I wish this was the end of it. I contacted this storefront and was greeted by VON an employee at this location and as I tried to explain what happened I was cut off and he began to rant about it being a busy day and having 120 pizzas and he had to turn the ovens down. I don’t work there so it didn’t make sense to me all I wanted was a refund. When he gave me my options he said I could pick up or get a new pizza delivered. Neither of which I wanted I had lost my appetite after eating dough. So I tried to explain that I would rather get my refund since I wasn’t going to eat pizza today or any time soon for that matter. VON began to raise his voice and yell I didn’t make your pizza I’m just and employee you don’t need to go off on me I’m just giving you your options. And after he was done ranting I let him know I would want my refund and that he should work on his customer service because I never once was disrespectful or even raised my voice at him. I even tried to sympathize with him at first but idk if he just had a bad day or what’s going on but I would definitely not recommend this location!!!

It’s good just one thing I don’t like the workers who in touch with the pizza and who makes the bread they don’t wear glovesBut the service very good just they need to wear gloves just who touching the bread in his or her hands

Love this location! Everyone I’ve encountered is really nice, the food is always hot and they decorate for different holidays (I appreciate this the most)While the Dominos itself is great, the location isn’t the best. you have to find a uturn depending on where you’re coming from and it’s very limited on parking.

Location 702 Highland AvenueNational City, CA 91950waited for 2 hours after I ordered my pizza, called multiple times and after being on hold for 15 minutes was told that my order was cancelled because nobody answered the door. nobody called and I was outside of my house waiting the entire time. Bad customer service, horrible (direction takers..apparently) and no attempt to make the order right. I repeat waited 2 hours!
