This establishment is great, but what made it extraordinary was the level of customer service and knowledgeable information. The staff is very friendly and patient, not like most places you come to where they try to rush you through the ordering process. Great food by the way!

I got the Smash burger with waffle fries, and oh my goodness it was delicious. The burger was hot and the cheese was very melty and flavorful. The waffle fries were very well seasoned, crispy, hot, definitely the best ever

This is one of my favorite spots when I want to indulge a little. You can have traditional fries, waffle fries or tots and the toppings selections are all quite delicious. My personal favorite is the pulled pork fries. A generous bed of fries, perfectly crisp and not at all greasy, topped with pulled pork, bbq sauce, ranch, and topped with a few onion rings. It might sound crazy but trust me when I tell you, it's worth every calorie and penny. There's gyro fries, buffalo chicken, and so many others. They also have burgers, and my son in law tells me they're just as tasty as the fries, but I'll be honest and tell you I've never ordered one because the fries are what I'm there for. In addition, they have Mac and cheese, which you can add to the fries or the burgers. They also have monster shakes and regular shakes, made fresh with real ice cream, and they're a refreshing and tasty treat trip finish off your meal if you're so inclined.

Known for the mac and cheese patty on their burgers! Everything we ordered (burgers, hot dogs, and milkshakes) was great. They have a large outdoor covered patio and plenty of free parking.

My son and his friends would die seeing my 3 star. They love this place, but I can't ever seem to get something I enjoy. For a family of 4 we always spend over $70. I've tried the burgers and fries and def. overpriced. I would say better to choose tots or waffle fries over regular ones, but they over sauce their fries so no matter what you do they are wilted and soggy. Their burgers, although great concepts, are kind of meh. I'd say give them a try, I know plenty of people that really LOVE them but average to me.
Worst, overpriced meal! Our burgers were gross, thin patties, overcooked, with wilted condiments. The fries were barely there and what was were scraps. They were cleaning up around us, but clearly hadn't cleaned all day as it was a mess. There was music playing in the dining room but the kitchen was playing their own music louder then what was in the dining room. It was a disaster of an experience and I we regret spending our hard-earned money there.

Ordered chili cheese mac fries for takeout. For the price, it’s a pretty big ripoff. There was a decent amount of fries, but the rest was awful. A handful of plain noodles (rotini noodles, not macaroni noodles - and again, PLAIN) rather than macaroni and cheese and just enough chili to coat maybe 1/3 of the fries. Oh, I also got a sprinkling of cheddar cheese in one corner of the box.No, Funky Fries and Burgers, it is not okay to substitute macaroni and cheese with plain noodles without saying a word to the customer. And it’s ridiculous to charge 15 dollars for a serving of French fries topped with a handful of plain noodles, an ounce of chili and a pinch of cheddar cheese.

Burgers we're great. The milkshake was so good. Servers were super friendly and nice. But I can't get past $70 for two burgers, mozz sticks, a milkshake and some onion rings. Yes, I know this is SoCal but... burgers. Now while everything tasted great and it was a good burger it wasn't anything to make me crave this place again. This location was in the Westfield mall. We sat outside on the patio and there were tvs up so it could be a good place to come to if there was a football game on. 50/50 I might come back again.

The burgers are amazing and tasty very out of the usual I recommend going just to try them all at one point ? the custom fries are fire and the milk shakes Fuego haha you also can't forget how great their cream sodas are !!!
