The staff is very friendly and the menu is easy to go by. There's simply 2 options- meat or vegetarian bowl and you can add all the additional multitude of options to your bowl. They have about 8 different sauces as well that include lemon flavor, spicy, oyster sauce, lobster sauce, their special GK sauce and others to add flavor or spice. Once all options are chosen you can see them cook it right in front of you and have it ready in a few minute with you option of rice or noodles. I'd choose the noodles. Plenty of places to sit and eat. Meal is definitely shareable between 2 to 3 people. The only reason I provided this place with a 4 star is that despite the many flavoring sauces, I sometimes still think it lacks a like flavor. I enjoy my food very spicy and add on a lot more hot sauce. Overall, the price of the entree is amazing the the quality and quantity of the food given. Many vegetables and healthy options to choose from as well for those on a healthy diet.

Food is always good here. Never skimpy on the meat when you ask for a lot lol. The service was okay the employee seemed to have attitude tho but I would understand if I was serving a line full of hungry people.

I asked for extra chicken, the server refused to give to me said I had to putveggies on first, so I did, thinking he was going to add the chicken, tells me he can't, because there's no room in the bowl. I said I asked you before veggies to add chicken. I said how can you dictate to me what to add to my bowl, "are you going to eat it"? He said "no". He was serving me, not me serving him. So I asked for the manager, he did absolutely nothing, so I asked for my money back, and now writing this review. GK has changed so much I don't care to eat at this one again. Do not ever eat here if you’re in a hurry and it’s busy. You’ll get a serving of attitude along with your order. And most likely mixed up with others’ orders. Mine came out with pineapple and hot chili sauce both of which I didn’t ask for.

I haven't been here in a long time and I'm not surprised that service hasn't changed in over 10 years. You got a young lady, relaxing on her phone, who clearly doesn't like her job. Was a little annoyed and shifted me over to the next person because I'm hard of hearing and she doesn't want to speak up or put any effort in her customer service. Maybe in another ten years, things will improve, in the meantime I'll make the trip the Mongolian place in Fashion Valley.

I have eaten here many times. If you like Pipping Hot Fresh Meats and Veggies over Noodle this is the place! The secret to getting your plate tasting delicious is putting enough sauce. Too many times I see people not putting enough sauce and the food looking kind of bland. I recommend getting 1-2 scoops of every sauce they have, and adding Garlic and Hot Sauce if you like Spice!I find the workers to be very accommodating. If you want more of a certain Veggie or Meat just ask and they will happily oblige.
the worst service i have ever experienced. we have come here multiple times since we like the food and they usually give us a decent amount of vegetables but this time this workers (two gentlemen) were goofing around, drinking red bull - that's fine but the worst part was they were constantly talking about the women passing by. talking about their bodies. the person putting veggies on my husbands plate wasn't even looking at us and at one point dropped the bowl down saying "butt" in spanish while looking at a girl and ran to the back to call his other male coworker. There was also a female worker - she was very sweet when she rang us up i felt sorry for her she looked uncomfortable. Never want to go back.

So for him to get mad because I asked for more meat it's ridiculous and to be a smart ass about It i don't appreciate It

Was walking around Plaza Bonita mall and always crave this place. There's something about just getting a container full of noodles that hits the spot. Service was fast and professional. Probably waited about 10min for food since there was line of people waiting. Took my food home and as always the food is always fresh and hot. Went with the noodles, beef, mixed veggies.
