We usually go here for the shaved iced which is always good . Today they decided to get boba and just like the shaved it it was amazing as well. The service not so much . They ordered the Ube one with boba and when we mentioned it to the cashier she said she didn't see that on the list and she never ordered boba when she clearly remembers ordering boba . Not a big deal I guess because everything we ordered was yummy but the service would be two thumbs down with the way the situation was handled .

Super friendly staff. The drinks are such good quality compared to all the "trendy" spots. The drinks are so silky and smooth. I recommend the ube macapuno slush. I love that they have alternative milks to choose from. This place is definitely a hidden gem that needs to come to light.

Not so good customer service. A young white kid served me and she was frowning the whole time and when you first come in, she won't even bother to greet or greet back at all. Looks like she hates her job or maybe she hate working. I gave tip and maybe it might cheer her up a bit but she just placed my drink on the counter and turn her back like she doesn't care at all and all grumpy. Oh please, hire someone who knows good customer service. Drink was good though.

I love coming in here whenever I'm not in a rush. They have plenty of parking and plenty of seating. The music is a bit loud so if you're looking for a quiet spot to get some work done and cannot concentrate with loud music in the back then I wouldn't recommend this spot. However I always see people in there with their headphones on so that's also another option. They have a large bar table in the middle for a large group and plenty of seats along the wall. I usually get their mocha or iced vanilla lattes and a small bite of the chicken bao when I stop by. The staff is nice and they usually have RnB music playing in the background. Cute spot.

Their UBE Bae shaved ice is amazing. Very great texture and taste, better than a lot of LA Ktown versions I’ve tried. Simplistic and delicious to the core. Had real Ube topping!Boba + Mango Smoothies were amazing. You get to choose GT, BT, or lemonade as your base mix. Really hits home. Would try their other eats too. Service was amazing. Will continue to support this boutique shop!

I frequent this place and usually order the same coffee milk tea! The ladies who work here are all great. They remember their customers and definitely have regulars. I usually take my drink to go but I do see people come and study/work on the side. It's usually a peaceful and quiet environment which makes a great spot to work!

The overall ambiance inside is cute and has a few insta worthy backgrounds.. The service is average but the drinks are served in super cute cups.. This located in the corner which is great for parking.

I ordered the lychee peach green tea; I don’t like excessively sweet teas I was so happy when I asked if I could reduce the sugar in my tea and they accommodated my request, the iced tea tasted so wonderfully on this hot day, nice refreshing treat! I loved it had pieces of fruit to munch on as well :)

I've been to Good Moments many times since they first opened in 2018 and I'm happy to say that I still haven't been able to try everything on the menu!Today I ordered the large ube macapuno special blend and the large Beni-imo signatures ice. The ube macapuno special blend tastes almost exactly like the jollibee pearl cooler and feels so nostalgic *cries in filipino*. The beni-imo, when shaken, tastes like an iced version of the ube macapuno special blend. I recommend both to my ube and taro lovers.The service fast and the boba-ristas are kind enough to explain new menu items to me whenever I ask. The business is family owned so you will always find a sweet teen making the drinks or preparing food which is awesome. The cafe has plenty of bar and table seating with outlets and free wifi. The cafe is located in a big parking lot with decent sized spaces and near a variety of restaurants and other small businesses.I'll be back tomorrow to get my boba fix!

It's a kinda cute place to go. STAFF though are not friendly and barely show interest in serving you a nice drink or treat. The grumpy owner seems to employed her grumpy teenaged daughters or family members. Quality has gone down since opening.

The drinks were good and fresh. My downside it that it took quite awhile to receive our drinks. The bingsoo was good, we asked for extra condensed milk because we liked ours a bit more sweeter but other than that delicious. Mangoes were sweet and perfect. They have a lot of unique drinks but I wished that they had descriptions of what was in them. I had gotten I believe south beach which include strawberry jam, peony tea and milk I had to ask what was included in it. Cute and quiet place right by many food places. Perfect for an after dinner drink.
