Good beer. Good ice cream. The Guava Blonde was fantastic.

I love this place! They serve craft beer, my favorite one is the Irish red, the place is decked out in Star Wars memorabilia, and they have unique art pieces on the walls. The place is quaint just like I like, they have a monthly reggae night on the 3rd Saturday of the month, and they have different art shows, bands, DJs, so you can definitely ask about booking your band/DJ! The other unique thing they have here is ice cream made in house infused with the beer they brew! So they basically have craft beer and icecream! Just recently, they started serving Kombucha! It's delicious! Best tasting kombucha ever! Brewed in house! Give this place a try they have something for everyone!

A fun, super chill place to have a beer and a great hot dog. Great place to chill out for a bit after work

Never knew this hidden gem was in National City let alone a few blocks away from my house! Not sure if this is a good thing.... As I can see myself being here waaay too much. As soon as I entered it was quite empty for Saturday night which I actually like cause I dislike crowed places. There is also tons of parking. The vibe I get is very chill and casual. I tried the mint chocolate chip ice with a paired stout that I don't remember the name of it but taste like coffee. I loved!!! Also tried kombucha that honestly is the best I've everrrr had. Lastly tried the "big hand" incredibly smooth and rich. Loved it as well!!! This place is a 10/10 can't wait to come and try more beers. Go support a local brewery in National City. You can thank me laters!

Small secluded taproom near the South Bay around ok the corporate yards. Honestly had a good time. IPA on tap was a little too bitter but the red ale did the trick. Definitely my go to place after the gym on a Friday for a couple pints!

Great selection of beer! Something for everyone ? I'm not much of an IPA fan myself but Andy gave me a taste of "El luiszon" and I was impressed! Not too bitter and packs a punch ? cozy spot right off the 5 freeway.

Sometimes, after work, i wanna a low-key place with good beer to chill. Hannegans is where it's at. I met the owner, and he's super cool. We talked about his love for Irish beer; which happened to be one of the reasons he chose to go with the Irish style pub/taproom. One of the main reasons I like this place is the all-around uniqueness and the feeling of familiarity. Decked out with Star Wars memorabilia and themed beers that taste great. This location has a very homey vibe, and I 100% believe it's a diamond in the rough. It gets hot in SD, and sometimes I wanna go to McDonald's to get a shake or cone. Don't do that. They make unique ice cream! Some of the best sugar cookie ice cream I've had? There is food often provided by food trucks sporadically. With low-key and relaxing vibes, I'll definitely be back after a long day of work.

I really like the red ale as well as the other beer. I also love that there's food vendors and local artists often.

First time at this location, never did I think beer and ice cream would be a good combination. It was excellent! My husband and I really enjoyed the atmosphere, Andy and his crew, very friendly and welcoming. We will most definitely be back again. Thank you for making our first time at your location a wonderful experience.

Great little brewery. Good beer with lots of toys on the wall to remind you of childhood. Can't wait to go back.

Came for the tasty beers and ice cream, left for the loud and constant crappy opinions. The Irish cream ale was pretty good and the cookie dough porter ice cream was well done with a nice chocolate porter finish that wasn't overwhelming. We left immediately after we ordered these because of the bartender and a patrons loud and constant conversation about how much they hated dealing with houseless people, how great it was being white men in Tijuana and generally how people weren't appreciative of their specific food based charity these days. You can't stop a patron from just mouthing off about whatever but this bartender was fully engaged and loudly expressing his love of this crappy opinion. Goodbye! Never again! Being a business does mean you should try to maintain a level of professionalism even if your customers are bound to be a certain way based on your location.
