I have been to this Happy Lemon branch twice and both times they couldn't sell me a waffle because there were 30 minutes left to close, the first time there were 30 minutes left but today when I went again the branch closed at 9 pm and I arrived At 7:54 pm I commented but they only said that I was sorry, the service was terrible at this happy lemon in Plaza Bonita.

We had to wait in line along with about literally 20 other people for a while while the employees were taking and expediting online orders. They shoul prioritize the people that actually took the time to go to their location. They did not even announced they weeebout of boba till we got to them.terrible customer service.

Amazing experience when I had went to this happy lemon location! The workers were amazing, especially this worker with a middle part and piercing on his eyebrow. He was so attentive and never failed to make me feel like a happy lemon, Haha LOL. Would 100% recommend going here!

Usually a wait if you're ordering waffles. It's in Plaza so a lot of younger ppl waiting in line to order. This last visit was pretty quick. My order was messed up but luckily I caught it while looking at the receipt after paying. Was able to walk to cashier & wait for person to finish paying then they adjusted my order. The salted cheese foam was superrrrrr salty. Made my husband gag & spit it out after taking a sip. The waffles are good. I ordered half/half Oreo & cheese. I ordered a mango matcha smoothie which is supposedly one of their most favorites drinks. Tastes like green tea. Didn't have a hint of mango in it. Pretty expensive for what it is. Paid near $30 for 2 drinks & 2 waffles. Ambiance is loud & hectic depending on the day you come. It is a mall so expect a lot of high schoolers hanging out. The drinks alone were mediocre. I've had better.

Came here to get happy lemon with my fam to start off 2024 ..and the lady that's working here made our waffles and called our #, however never in the past visits I never missed my # being called. I asked kindly, since I didn't hear my # called to make my waffles again. She gave me a smirk looked. The Asian guy that took our order in first place noticed it been a while for us to get our order. He went ahead and made our waffles again. It would've been only 1 star, but the kindly Asian gentlemen made it right. And moved up to 3 stars. If the lady didn't give me a smirk look, I would've given 5 star.

Me and my family went to this location the other day while we were shopping and the girl with purple hair at the front was so helpful and nice to my little girls! The drinks were amazing and we will definitely be coming back.
Got an avocado shake for the first time. It was strange cause I didn't love it but I didn't hate it neither. Lol At the very bottom it had like brown sugar that helped sweeten it. Wish it had more throughout the shake as it need more sweetness for my liking.

Pretty standard Happy Lemon. I don't really drink boba as much because I made myself sick of it back in 2019 Had a large Jasmine Milk Tea with boba. The tea could use improvement but it's pretty good. Would for sure order again. The servers were decent as well.

They stop making the bubble waffles 30mins before closing but when you get there 40 or 45 mins before closing, they still won’t make them. This hasn’t just happened once, it’s been multiple times. I’ll take my money elsewhere. A note to the owner, invest in more waffle makers to meet the demand - you’re losing customers $$$

I normally love Happy Lemon, but they gave me the wrong drink (I ordered taro, which is super purple, and my drink was light brown). It was extremely awkward to try to get their attention, (they snapped at me when I gently said "excuse me") and I let them know that I ordered taro, and I believe I had the wrong drink. They told me that "my drink was taro," and ignored me after that. I've ordered boba from other Hapoy Lemon locations probably a dozen times, which is how I knew that wasn't right. Granted, they were definitely busy, and they had a long line of customers, so I understand not wanting to remake it, but it was just frustrating to be so obviously lied to. The drink I did receive was still well made, but not what I paid for.
