“The worker Ringo personally handpicked my chicken from the farm in order to make my Homestyle Chicken Ranch Sandwich. It brought tears to my eyes as I sunk my teeth into the sandwich for the first time and tasted the deliciousness that was a crispy chicken sandwich. He then took out a fire with his bare hands all while maintaining direct eye contact with me in order to make sure i was both safe and entertained. The vibes were good between Ringo and I who was there around 11:40 at night. He needs to be promoted or even own Jack in the Box itself for his amazing Chick fil A worthy service. I hope he continues making everyone's night and treating them the way he treated me that night. My life will forever be impacted by his amazing service.“

“Order my food online for delivery but my food was stolen and canceled incall the store a this lovely lady name Grace answered and omg she was my lifesaver! I called and ask to see if ny irder was stolen and to have it remade if can be abd if i need to come pick up my order and she was so sweet she said she would remake it and to call back in a few just in case it gets picked up again, so i waited a few called back to ask for a refund because it was late like 12am late and i had work at 4am and tbh didnt want to be a hassle but when i called again Grace answered and ask if i like to pick it up cause it was ready and so i did. When i when to pick it up got confused on the located but when i got there to pick up my food and she delivered it right to my car! I haven't eaten all day and get going up and beyond was a great thing to see! I work in customer service and i love seeing people like Grace going beyond for the customer. It really shows you how much she cares! Tbh she needs a raise and a promotion!! Definitely coming back to this location“
