Only one person working in the busy mall and he is doing a great job. Very fast and kind to the customers while making good drinks. 10/10

I ordered a gotcha matcha and impossible handwich today. Took forever to receive the order. I'm writing this review because the food made me instantly sick & nauseous. I threw up everything 30min after I consumed it. I felt 100% healthy prior to. Be forewarned- I'm not confident the ingredients were acceptable for consumption. I have a feeling something was expired. I will not be ordering from this Jamba in the future.

if i could 0 stars i would! A guy today gave my friend a smoothie that was not fully closed and it spilled all over her new shoes and clothes. The man working was not even nice enough to give her another smoothie. Because he CLEARLY did not close the drink correctly. Rude customer service. Jamba Juice do better when hiring!!!! horrible staff.

I waited over 30 minutes for an orange juice and kids drink. The kids drink wasn't filled all the way and was about 1/5 empty and the orange juice I had to tell the employee not to fill the orange juice cup to the top with crushed ice (it would have been a shaved ice treat at that point with almost no juice). I then reminded I also ordered and paid for a Turkey sausage wrap and wanted to know if it was almost ready. They had forgotten then I waited another 10 minutes for them to get it from a different place and heat it up. When I finally got the wrap I took two bites and on the second bite I got icy Turkey sausage. I went back and told them and requested either a properly heated wrap or a refund. They started making another and I waited another 7 minutes for them to say they would just give me a refund for the wrap instead. In total I ended up waiting a little under 50 minutes to get an orange juice, kids drink and an icy wrap that was not edible. They also laid the customer behind me wait just as long just to tell him they could make his orange juice that he already paid for. This was horrible customer service and just an annoying experience.

Came here on October 15 and order the apple n greens. The girl who took my order was very nice to me. Another female did my drink. Very tasty and no issues with my order. There was four other customers. I waited no more than five minutes. Good visit today. Some other locations the staff doesn't greet you and they look annoyed that you are their. The Chula Vista mall on H street the staff can be rude at times and the wait is long. I will come back here.
Got there at 7:20 they close at 7:30 and said they are closed horrible customer service also have shorted me on smoothies by not filling all the way poor poor experiences

Absolutely horrible customer service at 3:52 PM on April 12,2021 All three females working the shift have attitude problem also horrible customer service skills. Myself along with four people were waiting for orders to be taken meanwhile they’re standing there having a conversation not even doing their job. This will probably be the last time I return to this Jamba juice location
