Terrible, I ordered online for faster service 10mins later I went in to check i know it was busy. Party of 4 guys came in place their order 5mins later they got their food. I went to talk to someone, and they said its going in i heard the other guy say "ava is here take the order ( in Tagalog)" and her order went in 3mins after i told the guy im here too. And they other lady started saying sorry sir we are busybl and we are doing the 1st person placed order there are people ahead of you. I keep my calm but sadly i do understand my main language.

The food was good, but the service not so much. Nobody seemed to be leading the team. Employees need to learn how to multitask. Lots of employees, but everyone seemed lost. The cashier kept taking and taking orders, but no food coming out. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, others waited way longer. This establishment needs a good boss to lead the team for a better flow of things and for an overall better customer experience.

Amazing food! Extremely crispy chicken without it being dry! I didn't know that the chicken would come with gravy, which was a lovely surprise. The Jollibee Spaghetti was also good, a little sweet but not bad at all. I also tried the Adobo Rice, and it was decent. All in all, it was an amazing first experience. I'll definitely he back soon!

This review is for their drive thru. The worst thing I’ve ever seen!!! It’s better to walk in and order than staying in your car and wait to give you your order!!!! They’re still employing an archaic system where one car per order, you pay and wait for your order unlike American fast food chains i.e McDonald’s!!!!

Ordered 12pcs Chicken joy 6regular 6spicy with 2pcs peach mango pie and guess what? Got home and find out there's only 6pcs spicy with 1cup gravy and 3pies. Imagine the hassle of driving back to the store during rush hour just to complain about the missing 6pcs regular chicken that you had already paid for. I was just wondering there's too many staff at the store behind the counter, why can they not assign at least 2 just to check for the online orders, is it that hard? I’ve only ever had an amazing experience here. The food, staff (namely Princess) is amazing. I had a wrong order and she was able to help me get it right. She made sure that I was taken care of. Thank you Princess and team. Jollibee is definitely lucky to have this restaurant here because they service at a high level.The level of care that the the team has makes me keep coming back.
