Krispy Krunchy Chicken

This place has a lot of potential! The chicken sizes and portions are great! But they don't give enough sauces to cover the meals. Ex: 12pc tenders come with 3 sauces (should have 4) but catch this... Family combo comes with 12 pc and you only get 2 sauces! (Doesn't make sense... why does the combo come with less than the family size and if you want an extra sauce its an additional .99 cents! As small as they are, thats way over priced! I was very excited to find out there was a Krispy Krunchy Chicken location in San Diego after having tried it in the IE and I had to stop by. Customer service was pretty good, they were very polite but couldn't accommodate us when we asked for fresh chicken because the chicken displayed looked like it had been there for a while. Mike is wonderful! He gave me the run down of what pieces are part of a mix meal when I asked about the 16 count. He provided me with napkins, utensils and hot sauce without me even asking! The service I received from beginning to end was great. I observed his interaction with another happy customer and I just have to say great job Mike, keep it up! The food itself is delicious!
