I don't know how they're in business they never answer the phone and you have to go in person and it takes more than 30 minutes just to get your order when the employee is on there personal cell phone no wonder they don't answer the business phone that's ridiculous

Food here is always great. The family meal will feed a family of 6 easily. One recommendation I would make to the establishment is to use the plastic boxes to go. The last 2 times I have ordered, the Kalua pork will go through the cardboard box by the time I get home.

Customer service is not the best. Don't go based of the prices on their website there is a huge difference. I phone ordered the garlic shrimp $10.99 online and the pineapple chicken $8.99 online. In store it was $17.99 and $13.99 and when I asked about the price difference they were not nice about it and just made an excuse.

I call and they purposely keep hanging up on me, act like they're dialing a number, second time they answer don't say nothing then hang up, and third call he just answered and clicked. I LOVEDDDDD going there years ago- that's when their service and everything was good. Since they didn't answer I went and it wasn't busy at all. Never coming back.... disappointing the kind of service they hire and that they purposely ignore customers calls and hang up on them. So saddened that I'm leaving this.

The food is so good! Was my first time and I will definitely be back! The food was fresh, and so bomb! The service was amazing the staff was so friendly. If you’re looking for Hawaiian food this is the spot. We ate the food up so fast, I didn’t get a chance for pictures, but it’s so well worth it.

False advertisement! I've always loved Ohana but over the years the quality of their service has gone significantly down, in my opinion. We recently decided to order catering for a party. We were calling all day and no one was answering the phone. Had to go in person in order to get a hold of anyone. Their website, even as of today, says that it's $75 for a full tray of katsu and $85 for a full tray of beef. When we paid, we were charged $126 for the katsu and $160 EACH for the bbq. That's TWICE the advertised price! I get that prices change--I work in marketing. But this is a classic case of false advertisement and it's so unacceptable.

We were hungry and decided to stop by Ohana Hawaiian BBQ. Wow, this place is fantastic! We ordered Hawaiian BBQ chicken and was very impressed. The macaroni salad is my favorite so much to the point we ordered extra and brought it home. The rice was perfect and very big portions to feed your family. You will definitely not leave hungry here with 5 plus star rating all the way!

Good Hawaiian BBQ. Definitely prefer over L&L and Homestyle. Tender beef, chicken ribs and katsu. Teriyaki not overly sweet.Only downside is that they don’t give hot sauce.

I’ve never had Hawaiian BBQ before but I always receive doordash orders with a dish named ‘chicken katsu’ and always wondered what it tasted like. First, I was NOT expecting so much food! That much food for the price is amazing! Second, there is no way I’ve went my entire life without tasting such a delicious meal. I’m always hesitant ordering food I’ve never tried from different cultures but if you haven’t tried it please do! One word… DELICIOUS!

Had to repeat our order, slowly, 3x, and still was half wrong (missing items, wrong meat, etc). Most of the food was fine, not good, but fine. But the shortrib meat had definitely gone bad. Removed it from our mouths and didn't swallow. Still worried about food poisoning. The kulua pork looked like it was shredded in a food processor. Not worth the very high, surprisingly high price! It was clean, but no hand soap in washroom.

Haven't been here in a long time, I'm pretty sure they've changed ownership. We orders loco moco and garlic shrimp. The loco moco was good but the garlic shrimp was so salty that it was inedible, I couldn't let my mom eat it because it tasted almost like they poured the whole salt container in it. 3 stars is all for the loco moco and definitely 0 star for the garlic shrimp.
