Probably the worst Panda express to go and dine in respect to portions. My meal was lackluster, to say the least, and they didn't told me that they don't refill on small and medium drinks... terrible service and attitude when I went back and forward with them on this.

These Men and Women are Incredible. After reading some of the reviews do people not understand that the price of chicken is different than Shrimp? Of course you get less of it. They always have a smile on there face and are incredibly nice. The other day someone was incredibly rude to the employees and they don't deserve that whatsoever. This is and always will be the best panda. Shoutout to Dana, Pricilla and Dylan!

Bad service and they charge for refilling the soda Panda Express does not have a policy that says you have to pay a dollar so you can get a refill, and the employees look angry as if they don't like that job of serving customers, they serve very little food.

I was at Plaza Bonita on Black Friday, checking out the items available at a 50% discount. When it was time for lunch, I headed to the Panda Express stall located inside Plaza Bonita Mall. As usual, I ordered a bowl with half fried rice and half chow mein, along with one of my favorite dishes, Kong Pao chicken. Unfortunately, my other favorite, the eggplant with tofu, was not available at the time. Additionally, I decided to get a side of chicken egg roll.Although it was a small stall in the fast-food section of the mall, I was pleased with the service I received. Joe, who I believe is the manager, was incredibly welcoming and seemed to know what he was doing. I had a funny moment when I was pointing at what appeared to be their egg roll, which turned out to be an apple pie. Joe noticed my confusion and correctly pointed out the chicken egg roll and vegetable spring roll, clearing up any confusion. We shared a good laugh about the mix-up, which added a lighthearted touch to my dining experience.Now, onto the food itself. The combination of half fried rice and half chow mein in my bowl was satisfying. The fried rice had a nice balance of flavors, and the chow mein noodles were cooked well. The Kong Pao chicken, my favorite, did not disappoint. The chicken was tender, the peanuts crunchy, and I particularly loved how the zucchini was cooked to perfection, adding a delicious touch to the dish.While I was disappointed that the eggplant with tofu, another personal favorite, was not available, I have to say that the overall quality of the food was still commendable considering the fast-food setting. The chicken egg roll I ordered as a side dish was crispy and flavorful, providing a nice accompaniment to my meal.To quench my thirst, I decided to go for a bottle of Coke Zero, which was served chilled and complemented my meal nicely.Despite being a small stall in the fast-food area of Plaza Bonita Mall, my experience at the Panda Express stall was positive. Joe, the manager, was friendly and attentive, and the food, although missing one of my favorites, was enjoyable. If you're in the mall and craving some Chinese-American cuisine, I would recommend giving this Panda Express stall a try.

I came wondering why this Panda outlet had a 1.6 star average. I thought I'd do my best to help raise their score but when I got home, I found myself struggling between two or three stars for my own final score. First, the food was very presentable, fresh, and tasted good overall - was what I expected from Panda Express. I had the beef broccoli and another mild chicken offering on this day. I had no trouble with the food. I had no trouble with the staff. All of them were very courteous. The appearance of the counter and food area was well kept with and quite clean overall. I had no regrets coming here. But when I got home and opened the bag, I was shocked to find no fortune cookie in the bag and the fork was not in its usual plastic wrap with a napkin in it. It was hard for me to hold back from giving it a "2" score. It wasn't my best day with Panda, But I won't stop going because I still have a couple of other favorite ones at different locations.Recommend: LOW

They made fun of my friend because she asked questions as it was her first time ordering Panda Express. It's not ok to be rude and mean especially when she told you honestly it was her first time and she might take longer.
The food was not hot (: team members where in there phone 126 pm 9/18-23 my shrimp was not hot not crispy the rice was a little dry I called 3 times no one in line and no one picked up the phone

quick to cut me off while i was thinking and taking my time. when in line the cashier skipped me and rang out the person behind me first. even when i was ahead of them in line she rang them up first and and urged the other people behind me to pay. very bad customer service

So stingy with their food. Servings size so little better to go to the one in Parkway Plaza Mall. They give you alot compared to the one in Plaza Bonita. No wonder their rating is only 3 stars . They have such bad reviews .The owner should read the reviews,they probably don't even care.

Not so busy so that was good but before I left I asked the person who charged me if I could get utensils, soy sauce and Sriracha for my order and I asked because there is a sign that says to request those things when paying. His answer was "yes, they are already in the bag" I made it to work and there was only sweet and sour sauce. Disappointed with their services and I felt rushed when I was paying for my food.
