I gave 3 star over all cus I am worried this pizza place going to charge my bill twice. The main webpage was glitching a lot when I order at my family's house. And I noticed on my bank is pending a double charge. My sister tells me to wait for it to be fully processed and if it stays on double charge then report to the bank.She acted like it was a normal thing.Please fix this glitch on the website because I really wanted to give a 4 star but due to the website glitching and double charge pending I gave a 3 star. Now I gata let my bank know it was a double charge and possibly get a new card.

I called this place but an answering service picked up and my order was automated. I placed the order was told it would be delivered at a certain time. They delivered 45 minutes late and it was an UBER driver. I called them and was able to get though to explain what happened. So be careful when you call. Make sure a real person answers.The pizza was kind of cold also

My girls and I have been coming to National City Papa John's for a few years now. The pizza is delicious and I love the crazy bread. I always do the take out order and it's ready when I get there. They were great during the pandemic. Made sure we were safe. We will keep coming here.

I can see why this Papa John's location has such terrible reviews. Do not waste your time or money ordering at this location. Ordered thin and crispy. There's not much tolerance when overcooking a pizza, especially thin and crispy. Got my pizza and only half was actually edible because it was so crispy (overcooked), and I'm the person who usually eats the WHOLE slice including dough. It was quite a disappointing experience with Papa Johns. Will have to go with someone else.Try somewhere else and leave a review.Try this place and make sure you leave a review, likely a negative one.

Messed up on multiple orders (forgot to include some toppings). Pizza was slightly undercooked on some areas despite selecting the more cooked option. There is a severe lack of attention to detail, people not concerned/mentally there enough to care (why bother working), or this was just plain deliberate (again, stop working if you do not care!).Check your orders before leaving!

37$ for a cold pizza, wings not cooked throughly, a side of Ranch dipping sauce that was already opened, burnt bread sticks.. I’ve had school cafeteria pizza taste better than this. Do yourself a favor and take your pizza money elsewhere! This place sucks!!! Papa John’s should be ashamed.. A refund would be highly sufficient!
