Everything was ready to go hot and easy to pick up when I arrived. Outside the venue was very clean, so was inside, and they made sure to communicate everything in a polite manner.

It is inside Target. Regular delivery Pizza Hut locations are on Sweetwater and 2nd in National City or on H Street by Chula Vista Walmart.

I normally order from this location and never really had any issues until now. I placed a delivery order online and after waiting 45 minutes for delivery I called the store and the automated system said my order was ready for pickup. I immediately hung up and called the store back to speak to an employee. A girl named Alicia answered and was very rude. I explained to her that I placed an order for delivery online and somehow is was placed for pickup. I'm 100% sure I placed the order for delivery because it gave me an option to tip the driver which I did. Alicia said that since I placed the order online that it's not the stores fault and it was my fault. Really??? Basically she said there was nothing she was going to do. Not even an apology and offer to have it delivered immediately. At this point because of her rudeness, I didn't want my food anymore and asked for a full refund. She placed me on hold and another employee named Dorothy picked up. I explained to her my situation and expressed how rude Alicia was. I informed her I wanted a full refund and Dorothy said she can give me store credit. Why would I want store credit at an establishment I will never give my business to again? I told her I wanted a full refund on the same method of payment I used. She credited my credit card and didn't confirm the total refund. I asked her how much is being refunded and she had to look it up again. She comes back on the phone and gives me a dollar amount minus the drivers tip. I explained to her the refund amount was less the drivers tip. Dorothy said well the amount you paid is the refund you will get. I then asked to speak to the store manager to express my disappointment with everything that had happened. The store manager named Desire picked up and I expressed my concerns. I informed her that Alicia was extremely rude and was not helpful at all. Desire said there is no employee named Alicia that works there. So the person I thought was Alicia lied about her name because she didn't want to be responsible for her terrible attitude. Desire said she's sure that my initial contact was with a call center and my call was transferred to Dorothy. I completely disagree with Desire because my entire call with all employees, the background noise was exactly the same with employees talking and the same ringtone from other calls they were getting. Also customer service representatives at a call center are trained to be more professional than what I experienced. Also when I was speaking to Dorothy, not once did she say that I spoke with a call center when I addressed Alicia's poor customer service. I'm not surprised with the poor customer service I received from this store this evening. If the manager Desire has poor customer service, no accountability, and cover ups an employee by lying about her name, how can anyone expect the employees under her to have better customer service?

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut location I've ever visited. We arrived on time to pick up the pizza so it hadn't been sitting long and when we opened the box the pizza looked at least a week old. It was paper thin with barely any toppings (we had 3).Definitely avoid this location.

This location is small and efficient for pickups and delivery only. It was clean with simple decor of pizza boxes and a nice picture on the wall of cars hurrying to get pizza. Good location with lots of parking and the pizza was ready with in 15 minutes.2023(8)

Terrible customer service. I've been waiting for my pizza for 2 hours now and I called to ask how much time was left and the lady on the phone told me that it's gonna be an extra 20-25 minutes. I asked her if it was still going to be fresh and hot and she says "I don't know" and proceeds to hang up on me.
