Came here today while shopping in PlazaBonita. Ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders. Service was fast. Food was ok. Chicken tenders kinda chewy. It was a bit pricey, but I was really craving it. I wassurprised that I was asked to pay $1.29 for a refill on a small coke. I've never had to pay for a soda refill. I guess they have to make up for the absurd $20.00 dollar an hour minimum wage here in California. Won't be coming back.

We visited the plaza and went to the food area we saw that Popeyes finally opened, we stood in line and to be fast food and on the weekend we loved it, the guys were very friendly and fast, I will return

Never in my life have I been told I can't add something on once I'm at the window. All I wanted to do was add on a shrimp tacklebox because I did not see it on the menu and Roxania I believe the name was or Roxana told me I had to get back in the line. Super odd but I wasn't going to argue, nor get back in the line.

My family and I ate at this Popeyes, all 5 of us ordered the Chicken Sandwich combo. On the menu the combo clearly states that it comes with one regular side, a biscuit, and a drink. None of us received a biscuit. And when we approached the counter to point this out we were told. “No Sorry, the computer doesn’t let us input the biscuit so it only comes with one side.” I’m sorry but what does the computer have to do with someone’s ability to read/get 5 biscuits. We were not given our biscuits and overall very disappointed in the lack of service when it came to that matter. Another disappointing factor in our dining experience was that the red beans and rice we ordered had rice that was rock hard. Only shining light was the sandwich, which as we all know, is always good. Moral of the story: Don’t advertise something and not provide it.

Had to try out their fish sandwich yesterday. Not a happy camper. The sandwich was soggy and dripping water like liquids. It was flavorless. Totally disappointed. The fried shrimp were okay but the breading was more than the actual shrimp. Service was just okay. Use to be so much better. What happened to customer service after Covid??? The tables were not clean and their door from the dining room to the kitchen still slams very loudly. You'd think they would have fixed this years ago. It's loud and annoying.

The wait is literally my lunch break I thought this was fast food Not to mention when I bite into my food it's cooked raw Anyone wanting to come here should be aware that it's going to take a long time just to get food
They forgot an item in my order and they charge for refills. Any other Popeyes you don't get charged for a refill, at least I've been to. I see why no one has claimed the business.

The manager was so rude to her employees, her name was Thyamet. She was helping a young girl pack orders but got overwhelmed and left the girl to pack 20 orders all by herself while waiting for chicken for twenty minutes. It was beyond sad you could see the girl crying forcing herself to work as the customers were mad at her for the chicken taking so long. Of course I was mad too, I just wanted my 3 pc combo but I knew not to take it out on the girl. It's like they got that manager from the dollar store. Did they even interview her?

Ive been here 3 times and 2 of the times they have forgotten major orders. Make sure to check your order because the first time they forgot a truff chicken sandwich and the second time a whole chicken tender meal. When finally confronted, one of the workers, rosario, blamed the new worker when she was the one packaging the food. For this to happen repeatedly is unacceptable since the only time I didnt have to drive all the way back was the third time when i checked the food as soon as I got it and had to remind the worker about it.
