12pm April 8th I went to get fries and never been here before and the lady at the register who was helping me was extremely rude and I could tell she hates her job , she gave me bad looks and when her questions about the food she didn’t want to answer me and kept sighing and rolling her eyes. The fries were good but the service was horrible !!!!

I wanted to test the waiting time to get just some simple fries. The wait was 46 Minutes and 37 seconds. The fries were stale, and just in general not worth the wait whatsoever.The service itself is good, the employee's are respectful, just the lack of speed to get orders out.The atmosphere is also rather loud as near the food court of the mall.

The waiting is Like waiting in line for Disneyland ride. I never waited this long for French fries I really want to ask for a refund but ended up waiting 45 minutes for a French fries and the line is Not even that long when I placed the order. I don't know what's happening. French Fries is really good though ?

My boyfriend introduced me to potato corner and im so glad he did they are so delicious i recommend the sour cream & onion !! the only thing that sucks is that fridays & saturdays the wait is ridiculous 45 min just for some fries but i will say i do wait lol i just order and walk around the mall so it isnt that bad unless youre just there for the fries ! but overall 10 out of 5!

BLUF- amazing fries but the wait is TOO LONG I've gone multiple times and expect a wait of at least 20-30 min. I know they are known for having fresh fries but it's ridiculous. I wish they would have a text system or something to let you know when your order is ready so you don't have to wait around near the stall. They also got rid of the smallest size which is jumbo so I had to get the mega size. Pricy ~$8 but everything is so expensive these days. My fave seasonings are the cheddar and sour cream. Fries are fresh. Crispy outside, soft inside. I love it so I come back despite the wait. Would rate higher if it wasn't for the wait/order system. Ambience- it's in a mall food court so food court type seating. Plenty of parking at the mall.

20 min wait!!!! For nuggets and fries. You should be able to turn and burn those two things all day long. Doesn't make sense. They could make some real $ if they got that wait time down. Lost my business for sure.

The longest wait we ever had for fries ?. We already strolled 2x around the entire mall and its still not done. Not 45 mins wait but in reality it was 1 hour and 17 mins.Never come here on a weekend!

So I've been ordering practically the same order for years at this plaza bonita potato corner 3 stips combo and small poppers which is 7 poppers and chips and I would always sub thr chips for frys.... and unfortunately today I guess I ran into new employees the cashier being Alanna frm what the reciept said and I didn't get the mgr or supervisors name but they told me the 7 poppers 7.99 don't come with chips unless u order the meal and I told them I had just ordered the same order last week and too ask the other mgr who's usually there. But they decided not too and instead too get me my order they didn't tell me but they charged me the large poppers which is 10.50 and 12 poppers but gave me 7 and the fries I had asked for to sub instead of chips. Very unprofessional all they had too do was call the other mgr to confirm and instead they lost a loyal customer.
