It was a little disappointing, the burger was falling apart and tasteless, a dish was ordered accompanied by salad and it was served on a hot plate, the service was very slow and a little uncomfortable to see that at the table behind us there was a family with a dog eating of the table, I didn't like that detail

We had relatives visiting and took them there. After waiting more than 40 minutes for a table, we were seated and everything was excellent! Our server was gracious and accommodating. Realizing that we had been waiting outside, in very cold weather, with two young children, she brought us some fries while our order was being prepared. This was perfect for our little ones (and even the not so little! )Kid-friendliness: Thanks to our server our kids were able to start eating soon after we sat down. She was very attentive to our table.

Everything was great about this place, greeted with a smile and got a table straight away. Our server Laura was awesome, very friendly and suggested a great dessert. We will definitely come again the next time we're in the area, absolutely worth the money.

Terrible service … no one came to take drink or food orders at all .. 20 mins we waited … the place was slow as well ! Had to walk out .. we weren’t the only ones to leave either ! We went to shake shack instead ..I recommend them .. they are a 30 second walk into plaza Bonita !
