Really great service, anytime I go there the employees are always nice and they always help me decide on what food or drink to get. I really enjoy the ambiance there, it makes me feel happy to drink their teas!

Ordered the taro fresh milk. It was an ice blended drink. Instead of a regular fresh milk. Plus it had no sweetness at all. I asked if they could remake it, and was told I would be charged again. I informed them that I wanted a fresh milk drink not anything blended and they told me that it says it on the menu I showed them the In Person menu (which didn't say anything about it being blended) and they informed that the website menu says it. I didn't order online, I ordered in person why would that apply to me? I'm not gonna pay another $8 for another drink. So I asked for my money back. They said no refunds? When I asked to speak to the supervisor they told me that they never come in. Never coming back.

We just went to get boba not from the area saw it on yelp and we got there at 9:50. They said they were no longer taking orders since they were closing at 10. It doesn't take 10 mins to make boba. Mind you it wasn't busy which made no sense. Clean boba spot but wish they were better with customer service.

One of my go to tea shops when I'm in the National City area. The staff are always friendly and service is on point, as well as the cleanliness. I usually prefer the classic oolong milk tea with light sweetness but was recommended the cocoa lover (with less sweetness). Definitely a fan.

Day or night this place is so chill.. service is good but timing for drinks is average .. My favorite thing is that the boba drinks come out perfectly and this place does deliver.. clean overall but the bathroom was broken

Great location! There is a nice sized parking lot, and is right next to the Otay Mall so there's plenty of places to walk and just to hang out. There are also plenty of tables and chairs inside, with a few outside as well.My favorite drink here is the Okinawa Pearl milk tea. I love the amount of boba pearls they put in each drink! The Okinawa at 100% sugar is really good, and is not too sweet in my opinion. I really enjoyed it. I also got light ice so it wasn't too watered down.It wasn't very busy when I came, so my drink came out fairly quickly. I came back to order the Oreo Ice Blended drink for my husband, which also came out pretty fast. You can kind of taste some kind of sweetener in this drink, but other than that it was really good as well!
I would not recommend you come here if you want to get anything with green tea in it.I always get the green creama tea from Sharetea. When I got it from this location at first I could tell the color was darker than usual then after tasting, it didn't taste like green tea at all. I asked the workers and they let me know they haven't been using the usual Sharetea branded tea leaves lately but an off brand instead.

First timer at the Sharetea National City location and got the Wintermelon iced tea with 0% sweetness. The tea was a bit too sweet and I found out it had added Wintermelon syrup to a green tea base. The bobarista was nice enough to remake the drink with less sweetener which I appreciated! The bobaristas were very nice and made our drinks quickly. Our order was pretty much ready as soon as we paid. Customer service was 5 stars for sure.There were many choices of milk teas, fruit teas, and blended drinks to choose from so I'll try something new next time I visit.I highly recommend their boba! My friend got a Wintermelon milk tea with pearls (honey boba) and it was super soft and chewy. I'm giving the location 4 stars because the drink recipe was a little unclear and they only offered 1 size drink today for the same price.

We typically go to the one by SDSU but since we were in the area, we stopped by. Empty place, no one inside except the two workers. The place is clean and spacious which was nice and the workers are very friendly and welcoming. We ordered our Fresh Milk Family with almond milk and while we waited for our drinks, I saw the gentleman who was making our drinks walk up to the other associate and said "You know what I just noticed?" while pointing to the almond milk carton. He mentioned it was past the date and had expired already. To which he was told to "just taste it". They went to the back to look for more almond milk but found none so they walked back to the front and the second guy said out loud, "It's okay!! It's only 3 days past the date". My husband asked if it was expired so they nodded their heads and said. "Yea!" They apologized and mentioned that they were waiting for a new shipment of products. The gentleman who was making our drinks clearly was not comfortable giving us drinks with expired milk so he looked for an alternative and found Soy milk. We agreed to have soy milk and so he remade our drinks. While we really appreciated his paying attention to this matter, we were bothered by the other gentleman. If he was willing to turn a blind eye to the expiration date, what else has he given to customers that were expired??? This will most likely be our first and last time to this location. They were very sweet but knowing that their products have gone over the date and they were almost willing to give us a drink like that was not okay with us. I hope management will keep a closer eye to their products. Our drinks were also pretty bland and definitely was not the same as the other location.
