Ordered 2 drinks (1 hot and 1 cold) and a cheese danish asked for the cheese danish not to be warmed up. The cheese danish was burnt and cold. Which means they warmed it up and was sitting there for a while. The hot drink cap kept coming off. Went in to the store the supervisor gave me a new danish with an attitude. I asked her, her name and she said she was the supervisor but never gave me her name. Worst customer service ever.
I'm confused. Your hours say you close at 9pm but I got there at 8:30pm and you were closed?

Costumer service is so bad. Ive never return or exchange a drink ever. But for the first time i feel like i have to do it On 10/6/23 around 7pm. I told the guy by the counter i would like to get my drink to be replace cause it dont taste like Java Chip at all. The guy assumed that i just want a free drink saying my drink been a while when its clearly says on the label 5:58pm and i brought it to the store at 7pm reason is i have to drop off my kids then return the drinks after. I told the guy he can have do whatever he wants with it im not after a free drinks just make it right and get my money worth and I just left and not planning to come back to that store.

Super busy place. Cashier was super friendly. My order was perfect even though they are extremely busy. Had to wait a while but as my order was as it was expected. I Can Not Complain.

I was on a long roadtrip with my friends and we decided to get a few things from here. I had no where to throw the trash considering I'm on the road. I Wasn't allowed to throw away the trash from my order at this place. The plus sized girl that works there with the drive thru headset on was rude. She has terrible manners and service skills. Other restaurants I went to after had trash bins, but this one didn't? The trash thing wasn't even upsetting, it was the girls ugly attitude. If you hate your job just say that. Seriously, why get a Job in customer service when you lack competence in serving a customer?
