My husband and I ordered lunch via Uber Eats from Stone Oven. I have had their food in the past and really liked it. I ordered the Basil Garlic sandwich with potato salad on the side. My husband had the Spicy Chicken sandwich with pasta for the side. He really liked their sandwich and mine was very dry and bland. I would not order this sandwich again.

I had a terrible experience here- you should steer clear of this place! I was in on 7/26 at 12:15. I ordered my son a pepperoni pizza and then tried to order focaccia. The lady at the counter who was apparently the manager said she didn’t have enough bread for me to order that. I was confused as there were about 10 focaccias cooked & ready to go and many in the white tub next to her. I said I had driven from north county just to go to their restaurant and could I please get some bread. She just stared at me. I then asked if I could order a sandwich. She said yes. So I asked for a turkey sandwich plain- with absolutely nothing on it (so I could just get the bread). She said she couldn’t do that. What?!? I was willing to pay $9.99 for a $4.75 focaccia. I have no idea why she wouldn’t serve me. I am always very kind to people in customer service because I have worked in it for so many years. To be treated like this when I was so nice was unbelievably rude. Stone Oven is doing a huge disservice to their business by having such a horrible person work there. I am so mad and sad that I was treated this way.

I have to wait for 25 minutes for my order. This was at 1:00 pm on Saturday, July the 10. There was 3 kids having fun and cursing each other out loud, I ask for one of their pizza, went they was making the pizza, the pizza guy pulled the pizza out and he did sticks his fingers on the pizza several times to find out is the pizza was ready. There is no way, I am going back to that place.

Extremely poor customer service!! My daughter and I attempted to get lunch here . She has intestinal issues and has been put on a very strict diet hence her options are limited when it comes to food. We asked for a taste (a drop on her finger) if the Chipotle Mayo to see if she could tolerate it. Was told NO they can not permit anyone a taste prior to purchase. No refunds if she didn't like her sandwich!! How ignorant is that. They also couldn't tell us which sauce/sides had no onions (She's allergic to Onions!) Overall a big disappointment so we went next door in the mail to Panda Express and had no such problem!! The bottom line is I vote with my $$$ And Great Customer Service wins!!

Food was was alright first time I have gone there for starters I ordered one thing I they gave me a complete different order and when I went back they gave me super bad attitude and they made my order wrong the 2nd time and they didn't even re make it they just picked at it and they just didn't talk to me and my wife after that and didn't tell us our food was ready made it get cold and while I was there I noticed that no one had face covers and no hair nets saw one of the workers with no gloves she whipped her hands on a dirty rag and got to making a sandwich and didn't even apologize for making our order wrong and making us wait.

Manager was working register extremely rude when I asked for feta on my sandwich, she said "that's not how I do it, I'll put it on the side." That's strange they always Add feta when I ask. I said put the feta on after it's cooked or whatever is easier and that I will pay for the feta. She just says “I'm the manager and I'm not going to do it, I’ll put it on the side and if you don’t want that you can go somewhere else.” I left shocked that they would refuse my order and money like that . I just cannot understand this woman's thought process on why she wouldn't add feta to my sandwich if I am a paying customer?? Only explanation is she was just evil. This woman was the grumpiest person I ever met and has no business working with customers. Food is great but the bad service and management is what's going to keep bringing these bad reviews and lose loyal customers. My advice is to get rid of this woman and the work environment will lighten up a lot more

Food is great here, I love the cesar salad and the basil chicken sandwich. But the employees here are very rude. I recommend ordering online to go so you can avoid it.

The register person need to be more aware because they have gave me wrong change back more then once and it's always short. So not sure if it's on purpose to steal or just that they suck at math. Either way that need to be fixed.I ask for a salad with some of their spicy chicken and the manager had a attitude because she said that meal is not on the menu, I ask if she could just replace the chiken for spicy chiken or charge me extra for it but she refused to sell me the salad how I wanted it even do I was willing to pay extra. The crazy part is that I have ordered in the past. But the food itself on the menu is great tasting with a flavor that you can only find here. DEFINITELY WOULD IT HERE AGAIN BUT JUST COUNT MY CHANGE AND ILL STAY AWAY FROM TALKING TO THE MANAGER she is a evil lil woman.

I cracked a tooth! The over must not be cleaned out properly because I got a sandwich salad combo and I bit into a coal and cracked my tooth! It was so painful! I am so upset because now I have to go this fixed! Then I tried to eat the left over salad the next day and again i bit into the a black rock which comes from the oven they make the pizzas and sandwiches. Same tooth/area! Never will I eat here again! . Service was awful! Counters are nasty and so is the atm/debit card reader, the cooks all had pissed off faces, like unhappy being there! Don't work there if your not happy!

Food was great, but the girls and lady working there are super rude. They look miserable being there. I asked a question and instead of answering they just pointed to the menu. This happened around 6:30pm 4/28/22. If you go don’t expect friendliness.

Food was good!! But service was awful the lady was on phone when i was ordering. Gave me the wrong side I am usually shy to do that but when i went back to see if i can get it change the lady gave me attitude and slide it back to me in a rude demeanor.

I got an email asking how my experience was and I filled it out truthfully and this is the response I got..... LOL Mind you, I was mainly talking about how I was unsatisfied more so with the customer service I received vs being charged extra for a dressing (which I knew was going to happen when I asked). Definitely won't be back here and won't recommend it to others!
