went in today for return and girl at the register w long curly hair really tried to pull excuses out of her butt i swear ... she was saying all this rxtra funny stuff about me not being able to? and she was just really being complicated for no reason had to go to store next door just for them to do it very quick and easy

I like they have a lot of Nike clothes here from shorts shirts and hoodies. The only thing I did not like was the fitting room floors are dirty with dust bunnies all on the floor. I didn't realize how dirty it was until I picked my pants off the floor. Hope service is better next time.

I'd give this business a zero stars if I could. I got overcharged by employees who claimed their system was down, they swiped my card 2 times and asked to swipe it a 3rd time. When I asked for my money back, they did nothing for me. They give you runarounds, and never returned my money. They just steal from customers. $80 overcharged. Never coming back.

Every person working there looks miserable. I see the two managers I believe one was name Lily and the other Hue, they don't seem to care about their employees. They seem like they are too good to help customers like the attitude "been there done that I served my time" well good because you guys are about 40 I'm surprised they are still open. They should just close and stick with footlocker. Worst customer service everytime. I spoke to one part time and he said this is his first time working in weeks. That the hours they give you suck. He said he averages 16 hours a month due to to many managers. He said this job pointless.

I came in not even a week ago and spent about $300 and everything was fine. I got home and a couple days later I decided I wanted to use one of the items I bought. Some socks 2 pairs for my husband and I, when I grab them I notice an alarm still on them GREAT! Now I have to go back waste time and gas and also miss an appointment. I get to the store and explain to them what happend and asked for some sort of discount of some kind of sympathy for me having to come back down there. I guess obviously their cashiers aren't paying attention. I ask the cashier and she tries to give me attitude because I gave her the wrong receipt thinking I stole them or something so I apologize and give her the correct receipt. she said she couldn't offer any kind of remorse so I ask to y'all with her manager. Same shit they couldn't offer me anything horrible customer service! After spending a lot of money you couldn't even offer a customer 10% off ?! Wow!! That's so shitty and lies because I work in customer service and THERE IS ALWAYS A WAY TO OFFER A DISCOUNT. What about when ur friends or family some in don't tell me you don't give them a discount bullshit! But I simply told them that their customer service was Shit got my alarm off and advised that maybe they should train their cashiers better oh well! Karma always finds a way around !

After reading the reviews I can now agree that employees have no customer service skills. It seems that they dont know what they are doing. I called and asked if they could put a pair of shoes on hold. The guy that answered agreed to place them on hold. I rushed there only for them to tell me they had sold the shoes. I was pretty upset and he said he would order them for me. I thanked him and thought, okay every one makes mistakes. The shoes arrived today and they are the wrong shoe. These people dont know what they are doing. No one takes responsibility.

I won the raffle for the jordans and they said pick it up by 3 i fcken rush myself and got there at 2:40pm and the stupid ass manager said we sold it and was fucken rude ass fuck !!!! Wtf all stores are suppose to sell it after 3 when they dont pick it up i fcken rushed myself and they sold my won raffle !!! He prolly bought it himself and sold it twice the price !! Asshole

This place was total bull. Walked in with the family and was never approached. I had to hunt down an employee to ask about available sizes for my son, and she seemed like she was pissed that I even spoke to her. Found another associate to ask for help. Took him forever to even get back to us. Found him on my way out chatting politely with someone else up front. We wound up walking out with the shoes we tried on left on the bench. Do NOT recommend this due to terrible customer service.
