Worst customer service! I placed an order via their online portal for catering and I show up to nothing. My order was not ready, the staff was not aware of my order and it took 20 minutes to get a hold of a manager. After calling Damaris the GM she was not able to solve the situation and instead blamed the app for glitch. When I called the app, they stated someone from their store accepted the order. Neither managers were able to resolve anything and I was not able to get my money back immediately. Shame on the managers that instead of having someone prepare the orders, she said she didn’t have the appropriate staff to prepare my order! Now it will take 7-10 business days for me to get my money back and the party that was hosted was left without food.

So, at first we were served good and then, when we were almost done with our sub, another lady came out by the name Paty she had a bad attitude with us and I told her that I wanted everything except tomatoes and then she puts tomatoes in the sub and we I told her that no I don’t want any tomatoes and then she yelled at us that why wouldn’t we tell her what we wanted and when we were paying, she told us we need to lose weight

Bad customer service, I don’t know who this person is manager or supervisor Paty. She was training a new employee, not doing good comments in front of the customer. Super rude I stopped coming to this place even if is closest to my house. I give another chance today and still disappointed.

It is situated in a busy shopping center so much so that at times there is hardly a parking available or just getting in and out takes patience. However, regardless of that, this place has your order ready that's placed online/app. Credit goes to the staff members who are always on top of your order and customer service.BTW, they have reserved spots for curbside pickup.

I cannot believe the customer survives I got today I just came out I waited 35min as the guy informed us I still wait a guy in front got upset because he started to do their sandwich and then he started to do another one the guy got upset and told him can you please finish mine and he just ignored them so they left after the lady said what’s your name he did not talk then ask us to leave because he had to close what you told me to wait 30min just for you to tell me to get out and other customers wow this guy HAS TO BE FIRED I would NEVER HIRED someone like him he kicked us out for no reason thanks for wasting 50min here FIRE THIS GUY SO RUDE TO CUSTOMER

It doesnt take 30 minutes to make 4 cold sandwiches for a delivery driver who wasnt even there yet. We had a long line and one person making them. It was at 2:15. If you're going to have shortened staff at least have them work with a sense of expediency.

If there was an option for zero stars that's what they would receive from me. Because it is close to home I always give it a try since I'm new to the area but I finally decided to leave this today. I walk in at 2:45pm and a man comes out stating they're closing because no one showed up for the shift. SMH it's usually closed early or long waits and now this oh and let's not forget they always make the order wrong when they are open. This place seriously needs new management.

Notes Of My Life

I ordered 5 sandwiches through the app. 4 BMTs and 1 Turkey all w/avocado. They were out of Turkey and claim to have called me and I received no missed calls. I ended up going with another BMT and they forgot the avocado. They should have reimbursed us for at least 1 of the sandwiches for the inconvenience. Never will be ordering from this location again.

I never do reviews but this one was necessary. Sad to say but don't know how this location is still in business. Gave them one more opportunity today and it was the worst. Almost 25 minute wait with only one person working. Then when I finally start my order the employee tells me their "meatballs are kinda bad." So after the wait I still had to figure out and change my order. Then continued by them not having a couple other ingredients that I wanted. The place is terrible. Save your time and money and just choose another nearby restaurant.

I ordered on the app. Went to pick up my meal and there is a sign "close to heat" yes not due to heat, not the fridge broke. So I had to spend more money somewhere else for dinner. I want ALL my money back?
