Food wasn't great compared to those in Texas. I got a prime rib and it was alright, just not like in Texas guess TX Roadhouse should remained in TX lol. The waitlist was long but then it's Easter Sunday and of course there are normally long lines for everything in Cali. The reason I gave a 3 stars was because of our waitress Kyleigh. She is awesome and she treated us like family and took the time to get my kids orders with so much patience and endurance. She is awesome and made our visit today worthwhile!

I come to this location often as it opened a couple months ago. I usually sit at by he bar for quick service. The main bartender Angel always makes it a memorable experience. He is a hard worker and gets his job done with a great attitude. He has gone above and beyond for myself and other customers every time I visit. His right hand Lexi is also great at what she does. Overall I recommend this location to anyone looking for good service and food

My cousins wanted to try Texas Roadhouse so I went with them. It's been awhile since I last went to one so why not! We got there early and waited for them to open. I'm surprised it took awhile for us to get seated because we were one of the first groups in line. In fact, they actually seated other groups who got there later than we did. Not sure if it's the group size but, for reference, there were 8 of us. I wasn't happy with how the ribs I order came out. It was so dry. I kindly communicated this with our server and she (and the manager) addressed the issue right away. They exchanged my severely dried ribs with better ones. I commend the staff for taking care of the issue so professionally.

Doesn't have much room for a big party. Had a reservation at 3:30 n waited about 45min to get in. Food was ok. Niece ordered steak well done but was still kicking. Took too long to get it,but the bread was delicious,maybe cus I was hungry n also the drinks were good. Will give it a try again maybe with not such a big party n definitely not on a Sunday. The The waitress was nice.

Texas Roadhouse in national City is restaurant I've ever been to the food is great the service from Victoria was so cool just a good atmosphere happy outgoing a lot of action going on but fun love it. My boyfriend said we found a new restaurant to be coming too yes and the prices are excellent everything is just right here the people the atmosphere if you don't come you then miss out it's going to be your loss.

A lot of food / big portions for pretty cheap. We came around 6pm and the wait was an hour to check back in with the restaurant. But once we were inside, we had to wait for another 20 minutes. The food comes out quickly though. Very loud inside during a rush from people talking and the music blasting. Had plenty to eat at the restaurant and enough for another meal.

We live this place. The food has always been top notch. The biggest problem is if you don't get there when it opens it fills up fast. Wait times can be up to 2hrs. See.s ridiculous for a steakhouse. Just goes to show how bad the city and surrounding towns need a good and affordable steakhouse!Dietary restrictions: I have a pepper allergy and I always find them very concerned about it. A chef will usually come to the table to verify the allergy.Parking: The parking lot is a strange design. There is definitely not enough handicap parking, but there are usually several cars roaming the lot to score a spot.
