These are the absolute worst buffalo fries in the South Bay. Order two fries both extra crispy...they must have microwaved these week old fries. The chicken had no flavor at all. Never going there again.

Mediocre at best. I got the Buffalo Cali burrito and the chicken was cold. Is it premade and not made to order? Girl working the front said they don't have water cups? How you have mediocre dry food and no water? Hopefully this place gets replaced soon.

terrible customer service- did a pick up order and included was breadsticks. picked up during my lunch , took it back and had no breadsticks in my order. When i called they said oh sorry are machine is down. Well how come no one told me this when i ordered or picked up. I asked for a refund and they said they cant do over the phone and that i have to come back in . wasting my time and money !!!

Located at Plaza Bonita mall. Just mediocre wings. Nothing special just wings and substance, nothing to write home about. They apparently have specialty shakes! I can't vouch for those yet but, maybe soon.

Chicken is dry and over cooked. I sent it back & asked to make made some fresh chicken but when I got it back it was from the same crappy batch. The lemon pepper fries are yummy with buffalo sauce and ranch

Came 1 hour before closing. Guy just kept repeating “CLOSED” I asked him for the schedule hours and he said “NO WERE CLOSE” I asked again and repeated the same. Terrible service. Happened twice already.

Awful food, awful service. The food I purchased was an absolute joke and quite disgusting. I usually love Buffalo fries and order them often to know they're usually a good choice but this spot is the worst. This food left me heartburn and feeling sick. They overcooked the wings and threw them in Franks Red Hot sauce and placed them over fries. No love, just nasty. For what I paid, I could have gotten some good Buffalo wings. I will not be coming back.

Not that happy and the sauce was lacking flavor it was not that busy when I came here it might been better if the chicken was hot and the frys where Was made to order not made 30 mins ago but that's all
Got small Buffalo fries and didn't get s****** flavor was a*** fries were a*** sauce was a***** even the sides of ranch were a***** would give 0 stars if I could, s*** was just a** Ended up throwing it away and getting some BOMB as fries from Buffalo Wing Star... check that one out lol

I don't want to give any stars because of the service. I usually don't have problems with this place but they hired a bunch of teens that were rude. Once my order was made Yvette was talking to her coworker and ignoring other customers including myself (My food was cold). I asked for a bag and Yvette said "we don't have bags" I saw them right next to Yvette....I grabbed my food and walked to my table....My sister had to go back and ask again and she gave it to her....by throwing it why is that?? I just wanted a bag for my 4 plates... Anyone with common sense could see that I needed a bag....do better The Buffalo Spot this is unacceptable.
