Big fan of Wing Stop but the last wings I got here were still pretty raw and undercooked. It was also not seasoned well enough. I had to recook my wings to get the consistency I wanted. If this is a recurring issue, it needs to be addressed because that’s a health hazard!

If I want Wingstop, this location is normally the last one I choose. It's the service. Or lack thereof. I get it. It's National City, so my expectations should be low, however there's no excuse if your store opens at 1100, and you keep the doors locked until you're ready. I'd avoid this Wing Stop unless there's nothing else available. Management, check your staff.

The whole crew was very unprofessional. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom so I asked one of the members to replace it. When I went back into the bathroom a new toilet paper roll was in the sink with the old roll still on the wall. I witnessed the crew mess up 3 different orders (some burnt, some had the wrong sauce). Another thing, when I first walked in it took 10 minutes for the crew to ask me if I wanted to place an order or pickup and I was the only person in line throughout the whole 10 minutes.

I was helped by Adrian. I haven’t been to Wingstop in a good minute and I did not know what to order. he greeted me right away and asked me if I needed any help before suggesting anything on the menu. I appreciate being asked first so he can better understand my needs, and what I was looking to order. He was quick, precise and very welcoming. He knew his stuff and knew how to listen to the customer. I left there, feeling confident and excited to try my food. That man deserves 10 stars.

This place is phenomenal not only is the wings great and juicy but the service was fantastic. I ended up losing my wallet there too and when I went to go look for it one of the workers ended up finding it and took it to their manager to keep it in the lost and found. ♾️% recommend to go here again.

I had a mixed experience at Wingstop. The wings were delicious, but finding a hair in my food was disappointing. Additionally, the long wait time tested my patience. Unfortunately, I also got food poisoning afterward, which was extremely unpleasant. Overall, the food quality was good, but the service and hygiene need improvement.
