3D Gourmet Catering did an excellent job for our wedding in October. Unlike some others they were happy to work with us even though we had a smaller wedding of ~50 people. Communication with Juan and Jumara was professional and responses were fast. The food was tasty and portions were plentiful - we were able to eat the leftovers until we left for our honeymoon. Our wedding coordinator, who met with the caterers on our wedding day, made a point to pull us aside specifically to tell us she was impressed with how professional, helpful, and nice the caterers were. 3D Gourmet Catering even had great pricing for table and chair rentals. We would 100% use them again.

The best part I love with their service is the ability to have a contact person on the day of the event. I am a person that like to plan ahead and anticipate things to fall apart, so knowing you can reach their business is a great asset. They also respond to questions within 24 hours. I felt supported during a very important milestone in my daughter's life. They may have changed ownership, I believe Malcolm used to own this business (?) but their practice of great service is still the same. We would definitely use them again in the future.

My husband and I were looking around the bay area for a good catering company to cater for our outdoor wedding in the beautiful Fremont historical Shinn Park. After looking at 8-10 different catering companies and discussing a proposal, we found 3D Gourmet Catering to provide the best for what we needed. Our goal was to hold a beautiful wedding with delicious, authentic food and good music. We wanted to stick to the basics and keep the elegance in the wedding. We did not want an over the budget extravagant wedding with frivolous things. Jumara and Juan were able to work with our vision to provide us with expert advice on basic necessities: the essential main course, and appetizers needed to keep all the guests full and satisfied with the food. I believe in quality and not quantity, as it also has many benefits of food waste reduction. What we enjoyed about 3D Gourmet Catering is that they were extremely organized and easy to work with and communicate with. There were no hidden fees and surprises because they used an online proposal linked to a professional credit card payment service. The proposal is professionally written and easy to follow and understand the terms and conditions. During the process, we found it worthwhile to purchase the tasting. We went to their kitchen and met Juan for the first time. We were also able to meet the chef. Juan and the chef was most friendly and welcoming. After the tasting we were able to feel more confident with our appetizer and main meal choices. Instead of the regular Dijan Chicken Marscapone, they were able meet our request for organic chicken with a worthwhile additional fee. We also went with the mashed potatoes, garden salad. For appetizers, we had mushroom puffs and caprese skewers. Every step of the way Juan, the event coordinator, was listening to our needs and finding ways to make our dream wedding come true. They were great to do business with. A few weeks before the wedding, Juan met us on site and helped in coordinating where tables will go and where staff will setup. We were very well taken care of. On the event day, we were most impressed by the service. They came right on time to help with the setup. There were several things we appreciated the most:- 3D Gourmet arrived with the food and crew right on time!- We were short a table cloth, and Juan provided an extra table cloth- We could not find our matches, 3D Gourmet Catering lended us a lighter- We were slow at setting up the paper flowers, 3D Gourmet asked if we needed help and fluffed those flowers up very quickly- We were amateurs at creating a cheese and fruit board, 3D Gourmet came and quickly rearranged the cheese so it looked beautiful and professional- We did not have alcohol for our toast, 3D Gourmet went around and offered ciders at each tables.Throughout the entire event all of the staff, and Juan were working hard to make the wedding perfect. As the bride, I did not get to see all the details, but my friends who were also helping in setup/clean up for the wedding provided praises to my caterers and kept sharing how I had picked a great one! The next day, I had so many of trays of left over food and I asked all my 70 guests who wanted to come take home the extra food. By the end of the next day, it was all gone! They all loved the food so much that they drove a distance to come pick up extra food to take home. I also had an aunt with very bad teeth and she loved the chicken since it was soft enough for her to bite. My sister also commented "the food was small in options, but the food was really very good quality and delicious!". This a late review, and long overdue. We used this company for a celebration of life for my mom, last October. And they were a God send for sure. We had to find a venue and couldn't/didn't have one, they all seemed to be booked for the day/time because it was during the week. And once I connected with Juan he let me know he had a place...the Newark Pavilion and it was perfect for what we needed.We chose a menu...and the amazing thing that Juan and Jumara were great to work with. No matter what changes I had, they were willing to accommodate, even when I added filipino food to the menu! They were willing to pick it up and serve as if it were there own! Saved time and effort for me that I didn't have!So overall, the long and short of it, they were amazing! And I will consider them for work events too...they were STELLAR!!! And the food they served was delicious and everyone enjoyed.Thank you for helping during this time...I really appreciated everything they did!

I cannot recommend this company any more!! My husband and I had our jaws drop to the floor looking at some of the quotes that we were getting for our wedding, but 3D Catering is not only affordable but extremely delicious! We were able to set up a tasting with them and knew almost instantly that we wanted to go through with them. We just had our wedding on 11.05.2022 and we got a lot of compliments on the food (especially the chicken dijon mascarpone, it was a huge hit). Not only that, but Jumara and Juan were especially hospital and professional through the whole process and it is very clear that they care about their customers.

I started planing my daughter's 15th birthday back in March 2022 and was looking for catering service at an affordable price. I got in contact with 3D Gourmet Catering; and Juan was the most amazing person to work with. He was very helpful and always made himself available for any questions- he even helped me out with some references for other details in relation to the event planning.For the event date 10.01.22 we had self served-buffet style. The menu was tri-tip with gravy on the side (to accommodate gluten intolerance) roasted potatoes, Cesar salad, seasonal steamed vegetables, and dinner rolls. Everything was so delicious; we got so many complements on the food.Not only the food was delicious but the chef and her staff were the best, they were very helpful and friendly all along!
